Customer service and food have gone in to the gutter. Used to be great so this is a shame. We supported them for years.

Watch your credit card account!! Went in for lunch, paid with my credit card, and minutes later had three fraudulent charges at Regal Cinemas… just sayin’

Put in order for 3 pizzas at 1:30 in afternoon to be picked up at 5 :30, got there at 5:30 and had to wait for pizzas to be made because the order was never put in by whoever took it,
We should have got least one free for your mistake as we were then late meeting with our people.. all we got was oops! We're sorry! Very dissatisfied with our treatment, we were from Florida meeting family. Your "kids" have to do a better job taking orders instead of socializing at counter.

One star tonight. Ordered a margarita before happy hour ended. Asked for the check an hour later and got charged full price.

The bartender accused me of lying and asked if it really took me an hour to drink one drink.

What a weirdo. Haven’t been there in probably a year. Not going back anytime soon.

If Crystal isn't working the bar don't bother going. This is by far my favorite place to eat but today was horrible. Seated at a high top table, made eye contact with the bartender as she was talking to some other customers about her tattoos. We waited several minutes and she blatantly ignored us and went to another patron that came in about 10 minutes after we did. I absolutely love this place and am so disappointed in the service today. Guess I'll keep going during the week when Crystal is there. Don't even have to tell her what I want because she always remembers! We need more Crystals in this world!!!

Jade was awesome! We sat in the bar on a busy Friday happy hour where she was cocktailing and we never had to wait for anything. 10/10 recommend if you come here ask for her

Best pizza in Leander.

So we decided to give these people another shot after a disastrous first experience, which was a huge mistake. The 2nd experience was just as bad. It should be noted this review has nothing to do with the food. The customer service and management in this location are absolutely horrible. We will never return.

Food is usually alright and they have decent lunch specials. However service is always slow whether they are busy or not and the place has terrible sound muffling, so it gets loud very easily

Portions were big but food was lackluster. Very greasy panini and lasagna sauce tasted frozen. Staff was not very knowledgeable about items on menu, did not let us know that certain items were an upcharge, and even though we were paying customers we were not allowed to sit at the empty restaurant tables but rather had to sit at the host stand to wait for our food. Don't waste your time.
