These guys have it together. The crew is courteous and usually gets the order right. They keep it clean and do a good job. In my opinion, BK makes the best burger in the fast food space. The TX Double Whopper is amazing.

I don't get why they don't toast their buns or if they do they're way under toasted. Made the burger cold tasting. If you don't won't mayonnaise and ketchup on your burger, you need to specify. Mustard has to be specified.

I stopped to grab a quick dinner for my kiddos, myself, & spouse on the way home tonight, 11-14-24. I ordered the Fried Pickle Ranch Whopper for myself & found out after a 25min drive home that they completely messed up my order. From the look of it, they started to make the Mexican Street corn Whopper instead & then didn't 3ven finish. I was understanding having to wait for everything fresh, but this is definitely a huge disappointment.

The fries were not cooked fully, and I had ordered 2 large fries. The first time I ate there, it was amazing. The second time, not so good.

The Latino man that served me my food ois, food, was actually rude to me. He was a little bald on the head. He did not want to give me any napkins or extra ketchup. I literally had to ask for the requests. He should be disciplined. And there was too much mayo on my double cheeseburgers. Let alone, the fries tasted a little sugary. I hope the manager of this place reads my comment. I will not be returning to this place. Mortal Kombat Kano agrees.
