I was asked to pull around for my order after waiting for 15 minutes behind two cars. I reluctantly pulled around just to be forgotten about after another 15 minutes. I have 3 small children, 2 of them were sound asleep and wasn't about to wake them up to go in. When we went back to the empty drive thru, they were apologetic for the long wait but proceeded to serve cold food and forgot some of the food

Was on the drive thru for over 7 min, I was on the second lane, no one came on the speaker, another car came on the first lane and they took his order, at that point I just left. Don't have two drive thrus if you only service one, or at least put a sign. This is the second time I try to order at this location, will be the last.

These guys have it together. The crew is courteous and usually gets the order right. They keep it clean and do a good job. In my opinion, BK makes the best burger in the fast food space. The TX Double Whopper is amazing.

I don't get why they don't toast their buns or if they do they're way under toasted. Made the burger cold tasting. If you don't won't mayonnaise and ketchup on your burger, you need to specify. Mustard has to be specified.

Its been a while since I've been to a Burger King, this Leander location was impressive, Clean and helpful staff.I bought a simple Rodeo Hamburger , very modesty priced, IT WAS REALLY GOOD! It was intended as a snack and I was amazed at its flame grilled taste and BBQ sauce. I'll be back...

I stopped to grab a quick dinner for my kiddos, myself, & spouse on the way home tonight, 11-14-24. I ordered the Fried Pickle Ranch Whopper for myself & found out after a 25min drive home that they completely messed up my order. From the look of it, they started to make the Mexican Street corn Whopper instead & then didn't 3ven finish. I was understanding having to wait for everything fresh, but this is definitely a huge disappointment.
Staff are rarely professional. They will get at least one thing wrong or not have something in stock 100% of the time. The food never tastes bad, but I am never truly satisfied. This is my last time visiting this location.
