Do not order to-go from here. They don’t include the chips and salsa. The smallest size is $10 and it takes them an extra 15 minutes to get it for you.
We had a delicious salad and Cason compuesto at Casa Garcia in Leander last Saturday. Israel was our server and he was very friendly and attended to our every need. The dog friendly patio area was very comfortable. We highly recommend this restaurant for the delicious food and super service.

Great food as always! We've been regular customers for some years now at William Cannon. Very good service and nice servers at this location. The manager, Marco, is very attentive and he always makes us feel welcomed. He often approaches our table to check on us. Good for you Casa Garcia's Mexican Restaurant for having great staff, that truly makes a difference!
First time there. Busy, most tables taken, but seated immediately. All of our meals were very good to great. Portions are good. Prices seemed a little high, but the quality of food justifies this. We will be going again.
Parking: If it looks full, try going in any way. Roomier inside than expected.

Hi Everyone, whenever I write a review it is always about a specific location and not about multiple sites unless that is specified. So this review is about the Leander Casa Garcia.
In a few words: slow service, and forgettable food.
I have visited here 6 times. 3 times for breakfast tacos 2 for dinners and 1 lunch.
All times the kitchen is painfully slow, for example, it's 730am, 2 tables with customers (4 people) and me waiting to on breakfast tacos. I ordered 12 tacos each time, average wait was 30 minutes.
When I mentioned to the host/hostess they let me know they had tried to get the kitchen to pick up the pace but were told by kitchen, "we don't care."
We have all had those times when a kitchen is slow but when you get the food it's an explosion of delicious taste and you don't mind the wait.
This is NOT one of those times. The food is average and forgettable.
This location survives as there is NO competition nearby. Torchys is there but they aren't open till 9am.
Better off going to Rosa's Cantina in Cedar Park.

Everything was find but I want to warn you that my order was stuffed avocado that was really good and it came with salad and black beans. I asked for ranch dressing for my salad. No one said it cost 2.00 and I didn't see it on the menu that you had to pay for salad dressing. I am very displeased with this. So watch out for anything you ask for that isn't delivered to you. I don't think anyone would appreciate this.

We stopped in not wanting to eat at the other standard chain restaurants in the area. We walked into a large, open eating area with some sectional dividers. They also have a very large outside eating area. Decorations exudes the Mexican culture... They also handmade the tortillas, which you can see in one of the pics.
Our sever was Vincent, who was awesome. He made great recommendations for food based on what I characterized was my taste desire. He nailed it. I had the stuffed avocado with refined beans over a bed of rice and a side salad. I added shredded chicken, and the taste explosions were amazing. my wife had the fish tacos and was in heaven.
Nice spot in Leander that we absolutely will visit again.
P.s. I almost forgot the chips are amazing, and the queso with beef and a tablespoon of avocado will send you over the moon!

1 star for the food- This was by far the worst Mexican food I’ve ever eaten. No seasoning. Zero. Not sure they even carry salt.
2 star service- Service was slow considering what they were serving. They gave my daughter the wrong meal and added meat to another persons meatless meal. The waiter was very apologetic which is what got them the extra star.
1 star atmosphere- We went on a Saturday night when there was live noises going on. I say noises because the “band” was absolutely surreal. They played the hits like “Girls just want to have fun” and “What’s going on?” The singer was not shy about taking a shot at all the high notes and the rest of the band was a just a guy with a keyboard. The sound levels were uncomfortably high and every note carried along an echo (it’s not clear if the echos were a stylistic choice). I felt like I was in an Adam Sandler movie.
In conclusion, this was a genuinely memorable experience that I will gladly never have again. I contemplated warning other people as I was walking out, but I didn’t. I pray the Lord forgives me.

On Wednesday October 29th I was told I had to leave Casa Garcia’s in Pflugerville because I didn’t have a card showing my service dog was certified. According to federal disability law when I go into a restaurant, or anywhere else, with my service dog, they are allowed to ask me if she is a service dog and what task she performs. They may not ask me anything else. I spoke with the manager who said it was company policy that a service dog must have a card showing they are “certified” he said there was nothing he could do, it was company policy. When I asked to see the policy he gave me a business card with the information for the corporate office. I called them and the woman who answered told me the manager was right, it was against company policy to let a service dog in their restaurants without the card. When I asked to speak with someone about it I was told there was no one, that I needed to send an email. I did so including a link to the ADA website where the rules and regulations regarding service dogs are clearly stated. I have received no response. I am writing this review in hopes that people will not visit any of the Casa Garcia’s locations until they no longer discriminate against the disabled. I will leave this one star review up until they are complying with all Federal laws.
Casa Garcia’s in Leander offers a vibrant atmosphere that's perfect for a casual night out. The service was attentive and friendly, making the dining experience enjoyable. However, the food fell short of expectations. I ordered the beef burrito, but it contained only a tiny piece of beef, with the majority being vegetables. While the ambiance and service were commendable, the lack of quality in the food was disappointing. Overall, it’s a great spot for a lively evening, but I’d suggest exploring other menu options.
