This one lady working today at this location was shockingly rude. The service she provided was downright unacceptable, and I will be requesting a refund. The young female employee at the drive-thru window was incredibly disrespectful instead of answering a simple question, nicely, she chose to glare at us with an openly judgmental, nasty expression. No customer deserves to be treated with such attitude and disregard. However, the manager was extremely polite and helpful. She completely resolved the issue and handled herself as a true manager should!

Every single time I order from this place something goes wrong. I'm not the type to write reviews but now this is ridiculous. I ordered 2x protein bowl and I have to literally search for chicken in this bowl to find it. They act like it's coming out of their paychecks, its insane. If I pay for something I expect to get it, and this happens all too often. Never ordering from here again. You need to seriously change your staff.

Ordered for drive through pick up. Ordered 3 crunchy tacos with chicken. Got all the way home and took a bite of the taco. There was no chicken in the bite. I opened the taco and the taco had 2 pieces of chicken and that was it. Checked the next taco and it was the same. So I loaded my kids back in the car to take the food back. I got there and told the “manager” and his response was do you want a side of chicken? I say no I would like fresh tacos with actual chicken in it. Instead of apologizing or offering to take care of it he said go ahead and get in line and they will remake it. He just didn’t seem to care. Then after I waited for my new tacos all he did was offer me a free drink. I will not be going back to this location anytime soon.

This is the worst Chipotle experience I've ever had. My advice is don't order delivery. I spent 26 dollars on two burritos that were supposed to have sofrito, beans, rice etc. Guess I didn't deserve to have the protein that I ordered? When I'm paying 13 dollars a burrito I would hope I can get more than just beans and rice. And I can't even talk to anyone about them messing up my order either. Terrible terrible experience.

If they are out of anything they don't admit it thatbthey are out. and this happened multiple times so I had to give this review .they give lesa portions and charge full prize just to make their sales.This is not a good practice.
Good food, didn't skimp on the portions. The only small issue was the lemonade that they make tasted watered down. The orange drink with tumeric was great.

Do not order online! I placed my order for the leander location but when I tried to pick it up, it said the Whitestone location. I'm not dumb, I know to make sure I'm ordering for the right location. And when I tried to get the order refunded because I was not going to pick it up or re-place my order, they refused! There is no customer support phone number, only a text bot. I will most likely never order chipotle again.

Disappointed with this visit. The rice was undercooked and hard. Also, the chicken portion was noticeably small compared to usual. I usually enjoy Chipotle, but this experience missed the mark. Hope it improves next time.
