it’s a chipotle. fast, i love the option for pickup at the window. service has always been good when i’ve gone, and food is consistent.Parking: parking is crowded at busy times, i much prefer the chipotlane.

Horrible customer service every time I go here.I took 3 bowls.They were out of corn.So, all I asked for was substitute it for sofritas that I got on the side. The lady at the counter was so rude to say that we cannot do that and also scolded the other worker working there to not adhere to such requests.I am done with this location of chipotle.

One of the worst ever chipotle experience I have ever had. Employees are not friendly, food is out of stock all the time even with not so many customers and even if food is available they don’t serve and it feels like they are saving it for future purpose and the most worst part is they start adding contents even before we say anything.

The food here is always great! I have never had a bad experience through Door Dash or Take Out. The kitchen staff does a great job! Great amount of food for the price and they always have quick service and plenty of seating and parking. I'll definitely be back, as this has become a favorite!

DO NOT GO TO THIS CHIPOTLE i’ve received RAW chicken. i’ve been here a couple times and most of the time there’s something wrong or missing EVEN ON SMALL simple ORDERS. tried to make me repurchase instead of remaking on a $30 ORDER that they messed up. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LOCATION BYE!!!!

I love this store everyone's got good attitude thats what makes everyone's day is when you start your day with a good attitude cheerful face you can be anyway you want be your having a bad day you don't have to let it be you can change how you feel or how some made you feel no one can make you feel anyway they can try your going have hand them your power. Of one self, the have new shirt I love what they say I want one lol like Torchys have new ones too that say master of tacos, lol master of puppets lol see rock and roll is the real gospel music they sing to him like he is here, Christian music sing to a faults name and always coming, any this store is clean bathrooms are clean too under good managers.

This is the worst chipotle I've ever been to, i walk in and don't get me wrong i get they have peak/busy hours, but it looks absolutely dirty on the line, everything is low and dried out.So i asked for white rice this guy scoops HALF a spoon and mashes it in the bottom of the bowel as if to make it look like enough (mind you i still see the brown bowl).Then i ask for fresh chicken (which they provide-thank you) then i ask for veggies, they say give me 3 mins and the cook at this point seems very irritated.By the way it's a line that has form behind me. I just walked out bc these employees seem to have it in over their heads.They need new management and more workers.

I came here yesterday on 3/20 and had a really bad experience. when i came in it was a full line of people waiting. the two girls behind the counter did not seem like they know what they are doing. one person ordered brown rice and they were out of it, so they made that person wait, but as well as the whole line. we were all standing there while the two girls could've took the orders from people behind the person waiting. i ordered the brown rice and was very disappointed by how overcooked it was. i mean there was a full line of people waiting just because the rice was over cooking. also i could tell one of the girls was newer than the other one and so the other one was being extremely rude and disrespectful to her, as well as to the customers! why have a job if you're just gonna act like miserable and kill the moods of those around you. extremely disappointed.

These guys are in way over their head.Store is a mess, each station should have 3 people working but only has 1.Took twice as long as I would expect and got the sense that these guys were just completely overwhelmed.One of the least efficient chipotles I've ever been to. If Chipotle corporate showed up to do a surprise inspection here, they would probably have a heart attack.

Everything was pretty much fine except that there were no seats with cushions, the grilled veggies weren't overcooked like I like them, and there was no barbacoa and the lady shook some steak off the serving spoon and was like this is the serving not even a little

Worst Chipotle I've been too. Legit more then half the time gets my order incorrect, and food quality has gone down..workers also don't seem happy to be working here, not sure if that a reason for the quality and missed orders.. a couple times recently completely got my order wrong even though the sticker on it shows what it is, I'll order a bowl and get a burrito, I'll order steak and get chicken, also the veggies lately are not grilled just raw.. not sure what's going on with this location, but there's a reason they have a 3 star rating... too many issues.. I keep hoping it will get better and management will step in and figure out what's going on... this is not a one off.. happens regularly.Edit on the reply from below... I did do that.. why don't you check it and get this location back on its feet.... it needs to be addressed, way way way too many issues.
