Domino's Pizza

I keep forgetting to post a review but I gotta say we are very happy with Dominos, we used to order from Pizza Hut in Leander and it was always a problem and always cold chewy pizza but my son loves stuff crust until my daughter who’s a fan of Dominos told me they too have stuff crust, this was a few months ago… since then we don’t order from anyone bu Dominos, we always get our pizza on time, hot and fresh. We have also picked up in store and same excellent quality and freshness and the staff are always attentive and polite.

11-29-25, ordered online from location on Hwy 183 in Leander. Website said 50% off deal. Ordered a pizza for delivery. Website said minimum order not met. Order brownies. Arrived quickly and hot. Dough thin, not like previous pizzas we ordered. Toppings were very scarce. Not near what we are use to from Dominos. Did NOT taste good. One slice even tasted like jalapeno juice was sprinkled on it. If I had checked my order, I would have told the delivery person to take it with him and insisted on a refund. If I ever decide to order from there again, I will go in person, I will inspect and if trash like this last pizza, it will be refused. Not the only pizza place in town. Very disappointed.

Ordered from here maybe an hour ago. The girl at the register was pleasant. The guy, which I take to be the lead seemed to be nice, but over zealous in how a situation was handled when I asked if my pizza could be remade due to it being overcooked. Sometimes I will overlook things, but when I noticed and felt how dry and hard it was to break the crust I immediately went back into the store to let them know. I did notice the expressions that was given like my concern and request was not founded or weird right before he said they can. Then I noticed him go to one of the workers who may have prepared the pizza and inquire about it. I'm not going to pretend I heard what was said, but the demeanor and smirking from other workers seemed very unprofessional. I would think everyone is supposed to be a team so, if a customer comes in stating something was not right apologize and make it right and save the extra theatrics for another time. I just think it was weird and off putting. Anyways, when the remake was finally done, it did look right, and then I was told if I like the crust a certain way to request light bake and that the original was standard bake although it was overcooked a bit, according to my observations and also his during the initial inspection. While the tip was helpful, prior observations of how he situation was handled, it seemed backhanded. I have included a picture of the remake and dominos own images. My remake was standard. What I had initially was not standard. I will not visit again and didn't really want to take the remake. It's always challenging to bring issues up with people who prepare food because sometimes you run into people who can't take the feedback, regardless of how courteous or respectfully it was done.

1000% the best service for a pizza restaurant I've ever received. Cameron was extremely pleasant upon my arrival and extremely energetic and friendly (on a Sunday night at 8PM).

Would be ordering from here in the future.

Spoke to Rachel when ordering Pizza, she really knows her customer service! All attendants should speake to their customers like her. Polite and helpful! 5🌟 stars for Rachel!

Pizzas good and the employees are 5 star but i don’t know why this location is so stingy with toppings. Like every time i get Italian sausage I get literally maybe 5 pieces on my whole pizza not even enough for one on each slice. Or maybe a total of like 4 greens peppers. If I requested less would I just get nothing? Idk very frustrating when I’m already getting charged $15 for a small gluten free pizza

I found hairs in my 2 separate pizzas. I complained to branch and guy told me last 3 years no one complains about hair. But it was there. It was not only one hair it was bunch of hair in both pizzas. The branch guy told me to bring back but i was busy. Stupid thing is my wife pregnant and she crave by dominos pizza. Now she is non stop vomiting. I ask them to refund but they told me refund one of them and will give me free one pizza credit.

I attached those hair images. I gave 3 stars because of trying to solve my issue. But my issue is my wife appetite right now ( morning sickness…)

We love Domino's and we need you to deliver to us! COUNTY ROAD 280 is a 10 minute drive and there are 3 new communities building around us.

I order three pizzas from this location, I asked for two large pizzas and one small pizza. But I gotten two small pizzas and 1 large pizza. The location wasn’t even that busy. I had better experience at this location in the past, but today wasn’t that good at all. Also I heard the server repeated the two large pizzas and the one small pizza back to me as well.

We live nearby and visit regularly. The last three times, there was some issue with our order, as follows:

1. Wrong toppings placed on pizza. They had to remake it.

2. Over-charged for an item. They charged for two even though we bought only one

3. We showed up and there was no pizza in the system or oven. We had to wait 17 more minutes once we arrived.

All three times, not a sorry or any form of apology from any team member.

They may mean well, but it's not a smoothly-run operation, unfortunately.
