Ordered bandi special podi onion dosa, bandi ghee masala dosa.. they were delicious. We got peanut chutney and coconut chutney with it , they were so so good. Must try. Thanks for the delicious
For me, Idli and Dosa are not just food, they are art as well as pure science. Most Indian restaurants and food truck don't get this right in Austin area.They are either way too crispy, or too soft like a hand-kerchief with disproportionate amount of potato-masala and stale/leftover chutney sides.I make damn good idli and dosa myself at home, as I give the right space and time for those wonderful lovable bacteria to nurture the batter.
