I’ve been here twice now. The first time I ordered a croissant with no meat. She had the audacity to take one from the display with meat and take the meat off in front of me and think that it was okay to serve that. And then was so rude and gave me attitude when I told her that wasn’t okay.
The second time, we ordered and asked for a normal meat taco for my husband and one croissant with no meat and to make it fresh. This confused them again. The cashier rung us up but somehow the back got confused and thought we just wanted the normal taco and no “just egg and cheese” croissant. So they never made it and thought we were just walking around their store aimlessly for no reason. 15 minutes later, we asked when was our order done. They looked at us like we were nuts. “We thought you didn’t want it because we could not do the egg and cheese taco.”
“No, we wanted the regular meat taco and the egg and cheese croissant. You even charged us for both.”
“Ohhhhh that we can do.”
We ended up just getting a full refund and leaving without any food and just frustration. We will NOT be returning. Poor customer service and poor communication.
Just got the Boudin Sausage Kolache. Delicious!! Very affordable and the staff was very friendly!
Staff doesn't not speak English well, if at all. Guy did not understand one word and had to point out items, woman knew minimum to ring up.
They tried sliding in a couple of extra items which I thought were part of a baker's dozen or that they'd overheard my daughter talking about her birthday, but no, they either didn't comprehend numbers at all or were trying to deliberately overcharge, at full ala carte price, additional items.
Over all very rude and/or uneducated, which is a bad mix for a shop with donuts best decribed as, meh. Will never go there again.

It's Just awesome, if you're going to complain about food going from 3 to 6 dollars then you got to get your money up, especially if can afford that kolache. overall, the two workers they have there are both completely amazing and patient people. like why isn't this places five stars
Kid-friendliness: They almost have a kind smile for the kiddos :)

Excellent donuts, but it feels like in 2022 you have to actively try to only have a single savory vegetarian option (potato egg and cheese taco) plenty of local places have potato egg and cheese kolaches or just egg and cheese options and grand hasn’t updated their menu in.. I don’t know I’ve been eating there since it was still a super donuts and I can’t remember the last time something was changed. Can’t really justify ordering from here anymore though, unfortunately.
Good selection and always busy there. Their breakfast items taste good. I got a cranberry muffin just out of their oven. Their was no artificial after taste so that tells me they are doing something right!
In my experience most small independent donut shops are sketchy at best. They are usually not the cleanest, quality is poor, and forget about the coffee. Grand donuts on Bagdad Road in Leander is NOT the usual though. I have been here many times and they have a great selection of donuts, great coffee and they also have food items like tacos and kolaches. The tacos are huge and realy good. The place is always very clean and the staff is very friendly. They are located directly across Bagdad Road from the high school in Leander and I highly recommend them!
Always good. Always just right.
The Boudin kochales are amazing. Its my weekend addiction ?
