By far the slowest Jamba Juice I’ve experienced. I’ve waited no less than 15 minutes the three times I’ve visited to receive a single smoothie. The staff will stare at you as you walk in, not greeting you, and wait for the other to take the order. Two times I tried the drive through and no one answered. Either need better management or they don’t have someone competent enough on shift.

service was terrible went thru the drive thru no one was answering after sitting there for 5 min went inside then the two guys sat there on their phones and had to get their attention in order to get them off of them. so whoever was working at 7 pm march 10th would look into having a word with them about customer service.

I ordered a large Caribbean passion and was advised it would be $8 in the drive through then was charged $9.11. I asked the female employee why I was overcharged, she stated “I think” because there is an extra overcharge for ordering a cup larger than medium. I have never in my life heard of this policy ordering from Jamba juice at any other location. I called another location to confirm if any policy like this exists and the employee there confirmed there is no such policy like that exists. She even confirmed at her location a large Caribbean passion costs $8.00. Extremely disappointed and will not come back!Please beware and don’t let this happen to you. I’m sure this is not the first occurrence!!!

First time ever and last time this was horrible. The customer service horrible, place was dirty and unsanitary and the bowls down wrong and they said they followed the recipe as the excuse.

So excited to finally have a Jamba Juice close to home! We ordered Strawberries Wild and an Orange Dream Machine, and the smoothies were perfectly blended and absolutely delicious! The drive thru looks like it'll be super convenient, too.
