As someone who loves Peruvian food I was disappointed. The only one I liked was the sushi. I got the lomo saltado and the probre plate and the sushi. Not only that your fighting with your life with the flys and got charged 1.62 for chimichurry sauce.

I went about a year without eating red meat, then I tried the Lomo Fries from Matis ATX and I've had them almost every week for the past two months. SO many yummy flavors, fresh produce and protein, yummy sauces, complex marinades, and crispy fries - I'm seriously getting hungry just thinking about it. I've also had the steak and fries plate and the chicken wings - it's all been terrific.

I’ve had Peruvian food in California. It’s not to common in Austin. Luckily there are more popping up . My favorite dish is the Lomo Saltado . I’ve had it in Austin at different locations and hands down I have to say this place is by far the best I’ve had . I am extremely impressed. Definitely recommend the Lomo Saltado. It’s a must try .

I got La peruana Maki #1 and did not like it at all, no flavor whatsoever. I will come back for the leche de tigre tho. I really want to try it. I originally came to get that bit they only sell it on Wednesdays... for 14 dollars it was just bad food. Now I have to go get lunch somewhere else.Good people tho. I give the Maki 0 stars

This food truck is wonderful! The food is freshly made right in front of you and their desserts are delicious! The chef even came out to talk to us and tell us more about the cuisine and was so friendly, as was all the staff! They have different themed desserts for every season as well! All in all it was a great experience! Muhcas gracias por el postre tan delicioso!! ?

We’ve never had a Peruvian-Asian infusion, but it did not disappoint. We ordered Lomo Saltado and it was delicious! Don’t judge the plate at first glance — the flavor profile is amazing! If I had to give any suggestions, I would say to add a few more tomatoes, but I’m a huge fan of tomatoes ?….. The food was filling, but not at all heavy. Very good food — would recommend stopping here to give it a try! We will be back!

First and foremost, if you've never tried Peruvian food before, you're in for a treat! This is a new food truck based at The Crossover in Cedar Park, and I'm so glad we're getting some variety of food in the area now. They specialize in fusing Peruvian and Asian food together, and there's a bit of something for everyone on the menu.I ordered La Tejana today, and it did not disappoint. This is a sushi roll they call “makis”, and it has a steak and avocado base with chimichurri sauce and jalapeños. The fries with chimichurri was also a win for me.The Crossover does get busy some days. Today was no exception, so there might be a wait, but it was worth it. At night, they also play traditional Peruvian music. I'll be back with the fam.

Parking: Good number of parking spots, but it can get a bit busy during peak hours

Kid-friendliness: Playground available at the Crossover
