Staff was nice. But the fudge sunday was terrible to be honest and the price made me question reality lol. Over $7 for this... Half a small cup of ice cream, a little chocolate drizzle, a scoop of mixed nuts with a bunch of below average whip cream. Reviews are accurate on this place

Rude staff. Paid for full price ice cream but were not allowed mix-ins because the staff cleaned the slab too early. Slab should not be closed until 9pm when it actually closes. Staff could have politely told us the situation instead of greeting us with such terrible attitude.

They helped us with a special cake request and also great ice cream!!! Normally when I ask places for anything other than words I get a sigh and a bit of bewilderment- but they went above and beyond!!! I didn’t even see some of the detail until I got home. They also told us about their new ownership and invited us to stop by on the grand re-opening!

Sat down to enjoy ice cream, there was a half eaten cookie on top were product was stored and server picked it up a place it back down and served other customers . Will never go back

The poor reviews of this place are from the old management. They have been under new management for a couple weeks now and it’s time to give them another shot! The cookies are delicious and we loved it there!

Kudos!Reading the reviews… I was skeptical… but we visited and got a chance to meet and interact with the New Owner and was very impressed with his refreshed approach to earning back the trust of past customers, and gaining new ones! Def recommend!
