New management is awesome. Wish they’d reset the rankings here, because the old management deserved 3 stars, but Tamala and her team deserves 5 star +. She’s been incredible to my family and the community.

Twice now have showed up during business hours to find the door locked with no explanation - edited review, now under new management and have had no problems, staff and the ice cream are great!

My previous review is below. However I think that recently the store is under better management and I don’t want to penalize them for sins of the past. My daughter and I have had many fun bike rides to the store since my first interaction and they seem to be much better. Thank you, Marble Slab!I just showed up at 8:47 to get my wife, who is 8-months pregnant, a cup of the ice cream she was craving and apparently this location decided to “close early”. The guy, who pretended to not see us, was already almost completely done with cleaning the store. If y’all aren’t open until 9... then don’t advertise being open until 9!
Love this place! Their cookie sundae is my special favorite ? I love how they let you mix any flavor of ice cream with any of their cookies. It can make for unique flavors sometimes, but it's fun that they have so many options to choose from!

I’ve been to multiple Marble Slab locations, I have membership to the marble slab club. I asked at this location, if I can get a sweet cream malt and the crew said they don’t have malt here. Malt is staple ingredient for the shake that is available in all marble slab locations throughout Texas. Also there was no cheesecake Ice Cream either, they said they ran out. There’s always back stock in every marble slab. Did I really visit a Marble Slab location….very disappointed, I ended up not getting anything and left.

My family and I are a little picky when it comes to cake and ice cream. To say that these folks satisfied both of these cravings we had effectively is a massive understatement. The staff were all very helpful and the owner attended us personally. We will be back very soon to try another wonderful treat.
