Paid about 70 bucks for my pizzas and received them nobody really ate it cause ot was so soggy and and not cooked well at all terrible
Love Marcos pizza, have as a good throw down pizza. Had it delivered by Uber Eats tonight. Pizza arrived, the tamper proof sticker was not affixed. The thing is, you could tell that it wasn't properly secured by Marcos, their sticker, the adhesive on the back of the sticker, you could tell it hadn't come in contact with anything. We opened the box, pizza looked fine, that's not the point, we had no assurance that the pizza hadn't been tampered with. I called to notify Marcos, and immediately the blame the driver/delivery service mantra started regardless of me stating that their sticker, placed by their employee, had clearly, not been affixed properly to the lid and front of the box. I hadn't even said to them that I wanted anything done, at this point I was merely pointing it out to them, didn't matter. I was less than gracious at this point and the call was mutually ended. I threw the pizza in my outdoor trash can and determined never to order again. Done, right, no, phone rings, it's Marcos, they asked what the problem was. I began explaining the issue again thinking ok, cool, customer service is alive and well, wrong. The individual who called started the whole blame the driver/ delivery service again. Why call me back if you don't have any interest in changing the narrative or perception, so all you did was call me back to say the same thing and make me frustrated all over again. Key point, on neither call did I ask anything of Marcos, nothing. So, the second call I guess was just so they could get me frustrated a second time. Great business model.

The food is always good but I hate having a pizza cut in squares. It literally makes no sense so I specifically ordered it to be cut in triangles like a normal pizza. Yet again its in squares
HUGEEEEE shoutout to Dakota !!!!!! Went to pickup an uber order and he was slammed with multiple orders at once ALL BY HIMSELF! I felt extremely bad for him but with his unfortunate situation he kept a very well composed, calm demeanor and positive attitude. He deserves a raise!!!

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED- Don’t order from this location. They had me waiting 1.5 hours and when I called they can’t find my order, I asked to cancel and Ethan informed me he can’t refund me, and when I asked to speak with his supervisor he said he is busy. So I’m out $57 dollars, and hungry family and I get no where with this location. The only choice they give me is to file a chargeback. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE AND SAVE THE HEADACHE! PS they attempted to deliver my $58 dollar order over 2 hours after my pizza order was placed. We tried to feed the family before trick or treating and kids went hungry as no pizza was brought or left behind as they stealing money.
Genuinely a horrible experience we had placed our order at 4 20 pm and after waiting almost 2 hours and being ignored by multiple staff members including the managers (John) we were given our pizza. They have incompetent staff hired that don’t know what they’re doing at all just walking back and forth instead of serving people their food. At the cutting table they were so rushed they were throwing the pizza boxes in the trash and then he picked it up and put a pizza in it and gave it to a customer which is just disgusting. This was genuinely one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in service and won’t 100% not recommend ordering from here cause your gonna end up waiting over 2 hrs and also arguing with the staff for your order.

The delivery guy was in a red PT cruiser. Both pizzas reeked of cigarette smoke and were inedible. I will never order from this location again.

I just orderes a pizza and bread sticks from here. Horrible! Its not even cooked, and the bread sticks are rolled paper thin..
The one marcos by me closed and I had really great pizza from the Cedar Park store but when I order online it defaults to this one!! I had to microwave this to make sure it was cooked temp safe to even eat.

So I come to this location alot and the food is going downhill along with the service. There was no flavor to my cheese bread nor cheese. Each time I get it it is either burnt or undercooked. Best part was I had to come into the store to get my order after just calling and letting them know I was here for pickup and parked in front spot. The manager was standing at the front and never once jumped in nor tried to help at any point which makes this so much worse. You guys used to have the best dough. Boooo! Entire order thrown away.
