While I had a "boring" order of a simple oatmilk latte, the menu looked very unique and fun! The different syrups and flavors they have here are unlike any I've seen around, next time I will need to take my taste buds on an adventure and explore the options on the menu for sure! That being said the oatmilk latte was good - different in a sense that the oatmilk used seems to be an unsweetened original type, no added flavors, etc. which doesn't bother me but different from Starbucks oatmilk (for example) who I believe uses a sweeter type of oatmilk. Either way, the coffee was delicious, the man working the trailer was super friendly and nice, and while there was a bit of a wait, it was worth it!We went on a Tuesday morning at 9 (*sorry original post said they close at 10:30 but that was incorrect) and there weren't too many people there. The trailer sits in a like a cute trailer park with Airbnbs and other types of trailers. Our kids had a blast playing on the open lawn and searching for snails for almost 3 hours! An added bonus is walking across to the Tacos de Prisa trailer to pick up some good old tacos. Breakfast complete!

Matinee! Coffee + Concessions is our new found favorite coffee place! We come here weekly. Barista Adam is friendly and makes the best coffee and aguas frescas (lime and Jamaica). Wife's favorite is the Rose Matcha iced and mine is the Madagascar Vanilla Latte hot and cold. We have purchased the best chocolates and sodas. Dessert - Affogato is yummy! Dont forget to support and purchase a Tshirt. We bought the Tshirt and long sleeve Tshirt and sport it around town. Great coffee, conversations, check this place out!Kid-friendliness: Wildfire has lots of room for the kiddos to run around. There are hammocks, ring toss, and cornhole. Matinee has sodas, sweet teas too for the kiddos.

He is so passionate and puts a lot of effort in what he is making.I had iced rose matcha and iced Madagascar vanilla latte. Not too sweet not too bitter, perfect balance. I was looking for a place to pull over and have coffee that wasn't Starbucks and I found it! The owner asked if I mind waiting 5 minutes for a fresh pot of coffee, which I never mind waiting for fresh coffee.
I frequent Matinee for the almond milk latte - Adam is highly skilled and uses quality ingredients. It’s apparent, as Matinee! is one of the few places I feel I actually just enjoy the taste of the coffee without adding syrup etc (though the homemade syrups are all amazing too)! This has become my go-to for a weekly (sometimes daily) pick me up. It’s obvious Adam also takes great care to talk with customers, provide recommendations, and overall great customer service. The whole family likes it so much, we were able to get passed Adam rooting for the Florida Gators ?Dietary restrictions: He uses high quality substitutes for those who are dairy free
