told me to pull up to the next window when all i ordered was a hot n spicy mcchicken and a medium fry, I thought I’d end up waiting about a minute or so and get some fresh hot food, boy was I wrong. I waited 20 minutes, they messed my order up and on top of that it was so cold. this place sucks and has since it opened.

I ordered a mobile order. They told me they could not find my order because they had issues with the mobile app. I tried to call the store to talk to manager to get a refund because I just got off of work. This was my only dinner tonight till I get paid. I went home hungry and whoever answered the phone just hung up on me when I asked to speak to a manager.

I’ve been going to this McDonald’s since they first opened, and it’s consistently been the best McDonald’s restaurant I’ve visited. Like all places there’s the occasional miss, but that’s very rare here. Props to everyone there!

The Grinch meal was awesome! Loved the Grinch salt and the green socks! My drink was not the one I ordered (cherry instead of diet 💔) but didn't realize it until I got home and took a sip. I should know better, always take a sip while still there...

25-26 UPDATE This location has gotten a little tiny tiny tiny bit better but is still lacking in basic customer service skills. They still get orders wrong, food still isn’t prepared properly or fresh. Definitely no where near as good as the original McDonald’s in Leander. I’m closer to this new one, but drive to the one near goodwill for better service and better food.
Horrible horrible location. I’d drive to hell and back just to go to a different McDonald’s than this one. Horrible wait time, customer service, and you never get a full drink. Employees curse and threaten to walk out when THEY can’t figure out how to run a simple register. I’ve given this location many chances. Never again. And no, I don’t want to be your guest anymore.

Our food was perfect, exactly as ordered. The kids enjoyed the interactive table and someone even came out to check that we had everything we needed once we got our food. I will definitely be back here!

This location CONSTANTLY gets orders wrong and misses food. One of the managers is very curt with guests. They probably owe me $20 for all of the times I've ordered a double hamburger and received a single hamburger. Easily more than dozen times I've received cheeseburgers when ordering hamburgers as well. This location is the closest fast food to me, so we eat it often enough, but when I have the chance I go to the one on 183/Crystal Falls instead, because their order accuracy is FAR superior. It seems if I order anything more than 2 sandwiches, fries and drinks, I get pulled up to the 3rd window or a parking spot for several minutes, which rarely happens at most other locations I go to.

Came in and wanted to order with a human but nobody was at the counter. Those order screens don't work. Took several minutes to get someone to help but the young man at the counter was wonderful. His name was Hudson I believe from his name tag and he was very friendly and apologetic for the wait. Food didn't turn out great, fries were cold and burger tasted funny. this place needs new management!!! Also where's the drink station!? the young man was wonderful but some of these other people need to STEP IT UP!!!!
