yeah it’s time for this mcdonalds to retire. they’re always forgetting something and their customer service is just terrible. they always have the slightest chance of getting everything correct.

I usually don’t have an issue with this place, tonight, I ordered a Big Mac, chicken nuggets and fries. I only get my chicken nuggets and fries. I call the property to address what had happened. A girl answered three times, answering “hello?” “Huh?” “Hello?” She was clearly giving me the run around because when I asked a question she would answer so she could hear me although she acted like she couldn’t. So I called again 2 times and it just rang. I called my last time and I vented my issues with her and she handed the phone to her manager who took care of the situation. Although, he did not seem to care about his employees dismissiveness.

Going through the drive-thru a couple days ago, they had to take extra time to whip up some dang ol chicken strips, and Bella (I tried to read her nametag but it was pretty dark outside) came out to let me know. She had a great attitude and I appreciated the heads up.

Today is Veterans Day...my husband is a proud Veteran! You have a sign up on the window stating that all day today Veterans came get a free breakfast value meal or a regular value meal but we were told they are not honoring this !?!? Don't Forget Your Freedom Isn't Free!!! My husband went to war got blown up by a grenade and we are blessed to still have him here with us! I will never visit this Mc Donald's again! And I pray others will do the same! 😡 I'm a very upset Military Wife!

I give a low rating overall because this is the 3x I come into this McDonald's (the other 2 were drive thru) and AGAIN I pay for the Monopoly game and I have no sticker for my game. So what's up McDonald's are you cheating us out again like the last time you had your monopoly game. I see this time you're not giving away a million dollars. A lot of us McDonald's customer busted y'all in that scam. Is this another scam? I'm 2 orders away from purchasing McDonald's EVER AGAIN and I'm a #1 McDonald's customer. I'm very disappointed. BTW my fries were delicious and so was my sweet tea!!

We ordered ahead and still waited 27 minutes at the restaurant for our food - a total of 48 minutes between ordering and getting our food (two 6-piece nugget happy meals and a burger). My kids’ happy meals consisted of 5 nuggets in one, 6 nuggets in the other, and 8 and 6 French fries, respectively. I am always disappointed by this restaurant, which is why it’s been over 6 months ordering from here, and will be longer until the next time

Went inside to get a drink. They had 3 kiosk to place your order. No thank you! I just wanted a drink. Took me asking someone to finally take my order. Paid for my drink and about 5 minutes later I had to ask the manager to get me my drink order. NO SELF SERVE your own drink. I had to Again flag someone to give me a refill. Personally, I will not ever step foot into another Mc Donald's.
Made us wait for an hour. It was clearly out of spite as well which was absolutely infuriating. I used to work here so they have decided they can treat me and my family like absolute garbage everytime we even set foot in this place. Also gave us stone cold food. This location has no respect for anyone. I have never seen such disrespect. They also decided to made sure to make my burger plain and even though I asked ONLY for no onions and no pickles. That DOES NOT mean plain. absolutely not Ok. This is also the most disgusting store I’ve ever seen. There are crickets all over the lobby. I don’t know about you but I don’t want to eat with bugs.
