Going through the drive-thru a couple days ago, they had to take extra time to whip up some dang ol chicken strips, and Bella (I tried to read her nametag but it was pretty dark outside) came out to let me know. She had a great attitude and I appreciated the heads up.
I have placed a crubside order! No one has handed over me my order. When I went inside the store my order was picked by someone else. So, I have to wait again till they make my order again. I appreciate the work done by manager. But we order crubside for the reason not to step out of our vehicle!!! So, Please check it carefully!!
Every time I visit, Roland provides absolutely wonderful customer service. He is always very professional, kind, and extremely patient when taking my order. His friendly demeanor truly makes my visits more enjoyable. I even shared my appreciation with the manager, who was also so sweet and amazing. Both Roland and the manager deserve recognition for their excellent service!
