This bad review is hopefully not being written to stay. This is more of a public complaint so whoever the owner is grows up just a little bit. The current hours of the store are until 10pm CST.
Did you know as a customer of Menchies that locations offer “fill your cup” nights after a certain hour. The photo attached is for the cedar park location, which yes I’d rather drive too if it doesn’t mean this crap.
This location decides to post saying “7pm Tuesday fill your cup”. If you are on a late night date night I guess you can screw yourself if you come after nine. Meanwhile the other Menchies does this $6 dollar fill up till close on mondays. Perfect date night ruined cause this location chooses to end theirs an hour before close.
Either close the store at nine and pay your employee the extra hour for cleaning or make the sale go till close at 10. Be so for real.

The female with red hair is always so rude for no reason. Her customer service is horrible. Nothing is ever stocked or cleaned. And she didn't scan my app right. If you don't like your job get a new one.

We used to really enjoy going to Menchie's. Not so much anymore. There's used to be a variety of dairy free and gluten free options that were always changing. It seems like the vegan choices haven't changed in a long time. Now the customer service is really lacking. There was teenager who was too busy on her phone to look up and get us bowls. They do not honor their advertisements and pulled a BAIT AND SWITCH on me. I got a buy one get on free advertisement on 2/7/24 in my e-mail, said to be good all day, I went to the store and bought 4 cups expecting 2 would be free- the cashier said that was for yesterday and there was nothing she could do- this is BAIT and SWITCH- not good business. My wife went in today and the cashier was still not able to refund, then got the assist manager on the phone who claimed, "that's not our fault" come on people, take care of your customers and have some ethics, I know its just frozen yogurt but please people....still waiting on manager to call and refund

Amazing service! The store was so comforting to be in with the music and the wonderful staff, specifically a wonderful girl who I believe was named sky or skylar was super sweet and greeted me as soon as I entered the store! 10/10 would come again!

I went in with my two kiddos closely before closing in a pretty stressful day. We haven’t been to a Menchies since before COVID started, so I was a bit leery. A super friendly girl named Skielah helped me and my boys find our old favorite flavors and toppings. I was impressed how bubbly she was when it was so late-it’s rare to see someone truly love their job. Clean store, super service, great treats! Great job, Menchies!
