I ordered a small chicken and rice. Waited there at the porch with the service window open. While waiting I heard one sneeze followed by what seemed to be 15 - 20 more. Never heard any water running that might eluded to hand washing. Pans just seemed to keep rattling directly after a sneeze. I tried to get a look into what might be going on without being too obvious about my concern. Ultimately came home and threw it in the trash. I’m truly sorry to give a negative review of your business but if you were in my shoes, what would you have done?

The garlic butter shrimp plate was so delicious! I added the grilled pineapples and a side order of musubi. The plate itself has a nice balance of textures and the flavors compliment each other well! The mac is refreshing and the Hawaiian roll adds a nice sweetness. It was my first time trying musubi, it tasted amazing! I will definitely return and eat in the patio area because the vibes were nice with plenty of seating and tropical music playing.

All the food was delicious. The staff/owners were wonderful. Kahlua pig, the garlic shrimp and the shoyu chicken were all excellent. The location feels quiet for being in the middle of such a busy area. They have a little patio with tables and trees to eat on site. The kid-sized and small portion plate options are much appreciated. Highly recommended.

Top notch service from Pacific Flame! I've been looking for a good Hawaiian spot in Austin and this is it. The Spamisubi and Shoyu Chicken are 🥺💜🔥. Much thanks to y'all we'll be here often!
Had a terrible experience here. We ordered 4 meals and was really excited based on the reviews. Judging by the pictures I see on other reviews they also shorted us on our food portions.
1. The food took 40mins to make. Yes, 40m with no one else there.
2. Once we got back to the hotel the food was COLD! Hotel was not even 5m away.
3. Tiny portions for the price.
4. Food was average? Idk... Maybe a 4-5/10? I LOVE pacific/Hawaiian food and have tried many.
I was on the fence of leaving a 1 star as I really felt with all our negatives that I wasted money and time eating here.

We decided to get lunch here on a Saturday and regretted our decision as soon as we started eating.
I got the kalua pig plate which is supposed to have rice and mac salad. However, they gave me an extra scoop of rice that I didn't ask for instead of mac salad. The pork was overly salty and they skimped on the cabbage. The rice didn't have much flavor. Overall, I just wouldn't recommend this place.

We decided to stop by on 6/7. We got the kalua pig plate and the teri salmon plate. The kalua pig plate did not have the mac salad. Instead the woman gave us double the rice. We aren’t sure if this is a mistake or they ran out of mac salad. If they ran out, they should have let us know and allowed us to substitute something of our choice. We didn’t find this out until we took this food home and opened up the package, so it was too late to correct this. The Teri salmon plate had everything advertised and was decent (nothing spectacular or special). I ordered a side salad which was mostly just spinach and kind of flavorless for an added $5. The price and quality are not on par with what we would want.

Soooo GOOD! Chicken was perfectly cooked, the macaroni salad was addictive… and the fried pineapple was also VERY worth it. Love this place!
