Been a regular since their opening and their quality and consistency has been pretty good. We always place our orders online and pickup on store which works great, no waiting in line and orders are correctly fulfilled (might miss some sauces here and there). Family packs provide great value and enough variety to please everyone. Have been to many other Pandas in Austin & it's outskirts and this is by far the best location.

1. They don’t have the most popular items ready at Lunch! And this is not a one time occurrence. Been there many times & have to wait either for Fried rice, orange chicken or some other item.
2. Your take away orders are always filled only to about 75-80%. Again, it has happened multiple times & I have let the staff know about it

Good concept, but on the few occasions we visited, the popular dishes were almost empty and we had to choose something else. Staff are friendly and helpful and try to accommodate you. If you’re lucky, they might be making a fresh batch which takes a few minutes. Overall, an okay experience.
Most of times it’s good and sometimes it’s disappointing. Ordered a bigger plate today and the quantity of the sides were less.
