Downgrading to 1 star from 5 star. Quality and taste has gone worse from best. Got a plastic piece which I thought is a egg shell in chicken biryani yesterday and taste is absolutely worst. I was a frequent customer but with negligence in food preparation and the taste experience, not anymore.

Paneer 65 is really good; fried rice is average, too much cabbage, could use less. I like how they are slightly more eco-friendly when compared to other nearby indian restaurants like using steel cutlery and ceramic plates. Have a wide range of pastries. Also has a breakfast buffet on weekends. The staff is polite and professional.

There are 4 Indian restaurants in this general area, PBC is the best one overall, has the best seasoning, flavor, spice level, good portions.

We stopped by for lunch based on some of the reviews. We ordered the chicken puffs, samosa chaat, goat biryani, and the tandoori chicken with some butter naan and onion kulcha. The chicken puffs tasted stale and dry with barely any chicken in them. The overwhelming taste and texture was of dry pastry shell. I mentioned this to the server and she suggested I have them with ketchup!
Next the samosa chaat was decent but had too much raw onion. At least it tasted fresh.
Then the goat biryani arrived and it was the worst item of the order. It was a huge bowl of rice with 4 tiny pieces of dry and overcooked and salty mutton. I complained and the server was nice enough to bring out more mutton pieces. However my family refused to eat it because of the foul flavor. We had to throw it away when we got home.
The tandoori chicken was the best dish. It was fresh, juicy, and well seasoned. However the accompanying naan was overcooked and had a strong burnt flavor as if I was eating charcoal. I gave this feedback to the server and she was nice and about it. I would have given one star but added one for the service.
Was really looking forward to dining here but we will not be coming here again due to the poor quality of the food and ingredients.

I dont recommend this place. They disappointed every time we were there. Took lot of time to get the food and service was not good. Not even a single reason to visit this place again.

We order Mutton mandi for Dinner last night and the experience was horrible. The mutton piece is hard to eat and it is not cooked properly. This is our second time coming to this place and not again. Waste of money.

From Biryani to Dosa, from Chaat to Idlee, from Tandoori to Indo-chinese - everything under one roof and that too with private dining space!

They have spacious clean place and the staffs were also very courteous! :)

I visited their place and honestly according to my tastebuds I loved their Dahi Batata Puri, Tandoori Pompano, Apollo Fish and Vijaywada Biryani! I would definitely recommend you people to try their Dosa once as especially their sambar was too good and thick in texture!

As I'm a fan of Tandoori dishes, I went gaga with their fish pompano! :)

Also, they take orders for customized birthday cakes…

Haven't explored many of their dishes, have given review based on my taste buds and authenticity of food!

Ordered Masala Dosa, Idli, Pav Bhaaji and Chicken Noodles. All of them were authentic and delicious. They were freshly prepared as well. Prices are reasonable for the quantity they serve. Did not have room for dessert. Definitely my go-to spot for Indian food in Cedar Park and Leander area now
