Ordered the Golden State Benedict and cheese curds to go. Eggs were cooked perfectly, decent portion for price, cheese curd breading was very tasty.

Always the best people! They are quick and give good service! Bryan was super sweet and made us smile!

Great food and we got seated so fast! Only thing is our waiter, Damon, was very clearly racist. The white couple in front of us got cheerier greetings, got their food faster, and overall seemed to have better rapport with Damon. My brother and I, on the other hand, both brown, got no eye contact, waited over 30 mins for chicken n waffles and frenchie (French toast, over easy eggs, and a sausage patty), and somehow got the feeling of being rushed by him despite the food taking so long. I’d say thank you and smile at him, and he’d just not respond and avert eye contact. Who knows, maybe it was just a coincidence that we were being treated like that while the other ppl were getting treated like customers. Irregardless, it did not feel great to be treated like that despite doing nothing wrong. We’re usually very friendly to waitstaff and we try not to make things hard for them since we are chronic people pleasers lol so it was disheartening to say the least.

I should also mention we didn’t hold out on his tip bc of this treatment, tho tbf it’d b kinda hard to hold out on the tip when he was the one holding the device out for us and watching us put the tip in lol. My brother said he still tipped 20%. also never asked if it was together or separate. That I can’t blame him for though bc maybe this place doesn’t separate bills? I’ve heard some places don’t allow that

I am a bit concerned about some aspects of workplace presentation. For example, I have noticed that the owner, Ron, often walks around with the top of his bum exposed, which raises questions about both professionalism and food safety compliance. Additionally, Angela Ron's wife, exposes her feet and toes which does not align with workplace standards or hygiene protocols. Ew.

Oh my god. The food here is absolutely incredible. Highly recommend the eggs benedict as well as the French toast! Robin provided amazing service and made the whole experience amazing. This is a destination restaurant for us from now on.

It's a lovely welcoming place, but for some reason, there are no drinks I'd ever like to order again.
Tried like 7-8 different drinks from the menu and didn't like a single one - not balanced and too sugary.
My latest disappointment was the matcha green latte with oat milk - this is something I try everywhere, but Perky Bean's version comes with a default sugar overdose.
I guess it's just not my lucky spot.
