So grateful they added sound barriers to the ceiling. It used to be so noisy there! Service was great as was the food. They accommodate my gluten issue as always. We had a bit of a wait, but it was acceptable for the time of day. We totally recommend.

Came here for Saturday Brunch and i think we found our new favorite in the area! We ordered a regular latte and Tiramisu coffee at Perky beans. They bring it out to your table if you are dining at PB cafe. Both drinks were so good!!We had the chicken waffle, Eggs with sausage, bread slice and pancakes. All so fresh and yum! Phoebe was so kind and attentive. We will be here very often. :)

They make you get up and go over to the counter to order coffee because the machines are in the coffee section, so service is slacking and they expect a tip after making you walk to your coffee. Asked for it half sweet and it is probably top 5 sweetest drinks I have ever tried.

We honestly expected to be waiting forever and to be underwhelmed by the menu. Boy were we wrong! This was fantastic in all ways. From our awesome server to the amazing food. We are so excited to know this place exists so close to our new home. Thank you to everyone that makes this such an efficient and wonderful food establishment.

It was alright... not really remembrable. Got the specialty rib Benedict, and it wasn't the grossest or most delicious plate ever. The atmosphere is soooooooo loud and makes it so hard to talk to others. Hashbrowns were fantastic, tho!!

I got a turkey melt for a quick lunch, it is the best sandwich I’ve had in a long time, the aioli is so good, the meat was tucked all neat making it so much easier to eat without making a mess in the car, it’s perfect, I’ll be getting this often
This place is AMAZING!!! I have been there several times and each visit was a great experience. Food is seasoned perfectly and place is clean and friendly. The down side...there is typically a wait although well worth it.

The cafe has wonderful breakfast and lunch, but skip Perky Beans. Every time I go there in the drive thru my very basic latte is wrong. They either serve it luke warm, use the wrong type of milk or don’t add the sweetener. It’s extremely frustrating. I go there solely out of convenience. Looking forward to more coffee shops opening up in the area.

As expected, this place seems to be suffering from its own success a bit. The wait times have increased and the quality of food has decreased, probably due to how many people have found this place. Being shuffled off to a too small table in the coffee shop area, while understandable, doesn't help either.The food is still good but a bit inconsistent and the service is as good as can be expected given how crowded and loud it is.

We have recently moved here and this place is near our home. We went here for brunch and to our surprise they were super busy so we were amazed by that. We ordered pancakes, sandwich, omelets and avocado toast with some Mimosas. All were absolutely delicious and great tasting. All employees were very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place for a good brunch experience.
