This is my second time ordering from them and I love the bowl but this time after the second hair I found in my food I was disgusted the first one I said okay maybe mine the second one I wore a hat when I picked up the food I wear my hair up in a hair tie so defined II hair a long hair in my food I will not be back

Food is super fresh, tasty, and affordable. It's the only place we have gotten food from during the pandemic bc it is just so good. They have a very clean facility and have taken every precaution since this all started, making me feel totally safe to order and pick up.

Love Poki Fit, I used to go every week before quarantine. Overall customer service wasn't terrible. I just could never tell if the young girls they had up front hated being there or hated when customers walked in. Maybe both I don't know but it wasn't cute. Since "quarantine" I have been in as often as before but I feel like the overall food quality has gone down. Not sure how much COVID has influenced this but hope they get it together soon.

wow. This place gave me a boner. Big salmon moves. The salmon was very good I recommend. So fresh
Food was ready quickly. Quality was not bad. When they said "scoops" they literally meant like ice scream scoops of mashed up fish. There weren't many pictures for reference, but my poke bowl was okay. Spicy tuna and spicy salmon were actually spicier than I imagined.

Eh the bowls are fantastic and very fresh. However, very stingy on ingredients and really disappointed with the way they have handled food handling since Covid-19. No gloves or masks as they are handling food which should be mandatory even without virus. This is a good poke option for Leander but would really like to see more in safety and prices seem high compared to Austin poke bowl places.

I'm BIG on good poke, especially tasting some of the best from Houston! This was okay and I wasn't totally impressed. Us poke lovers want full bowls, super fresh fish, and add in's like seaweed salad should not taste off. Poke is one of those dishes that if you screw it up once, we never try again. I'm one and done with this one. I don't take chances with questionable quality.
