I stop at your store often since I work in the near by area. I bought a few of your pizza slices, and I am sad to say your hugh pepperoni peices tast AWFUL! threw them all off the pizza and ate it plain.

After living in this area for over 2 years, spending hundreds monthly...Lily F was extremely rude while I asked for cigarettes admitting she's seen me buy before but giggled in a cocky disrespectful manner to get my id, when I came in with my id upset because I'm beyond 18 she just tossed my items on counter rudely and I asked for bag and she threw it up for me to bag my own items. She needs to def work on her customer service and respect of customers. People like her will put a place out of business real quick!

The young lady working tonight provided incredible customer service. I purchased two tacos off the rack, a two liter soda, and a fountain drink. Without asking she switched the two tacos for fresher ones without me asking, thank you for going above and beyond!!!
Love QT but this particular QT has endless problems with the fountain drinks. Either out of service completely (and sometimes for a long period) or not mixing correctly, broken ice dispensers, etc. The other locations don't seem to have this problem. I'm sick of driving to the New Hope store to get a diet coke.This store used to be fine. What happened? New manager? Something.

We like having this QT near our home and went there for cokes almost every day of the pandemic. My biggest complaint used to be that the only soda mix ins were cherry and lemon (how about lime and coconut, folks!). But lately the fountain drinks have bigger problems. The Diet Coke is out half the time, and this last week just syrup is sputtering out of the coke and Dr. Pepper. Don’t employees go check it now and then? I hate to see it going downhill, I used to tell the clerk when it was having problems but now I just leave and go up the road.

Went to QT today to get the BBQ sandwich they advertise on tv. The commercial shows a sandwich piled high with meat. The sandwich I got looked like they spread the meat with a butter knife. Not worth $6 plus. Next time I'll just go to HEB down the block and get a legit BBQ sandwich. I should have taken a photo.

Disappointing customer service on Saturday afternoon, 3/4/23 around 4:30pm. I stopped by to pick up some snacks, ice, and a 12 pack before a quick weekend camping trip with my wife. When at the register for check out I was asked for ID, being 40 I was kind of pleasantly surprised and handed over my license. The clerk, chin length blonde haired teen - didn't catch his name, informed me that my license was expired - which it did a week ago on my birthday. That's totally fair, I assume you have to scan the card on the terminal for all alcohol sales, company policy or something to that effect. I was a bit annoyed as my DL is still a photo ID with my birthday right on the card, but went out to get my wife, who's 43, with an unexpired license to purchase the 12 pack. After waiting in line again she was told she also couldn't purchase the beer as it was clear she was buying it for me. Those rules are in place to keep children for drinking, not people in their 40's. Please consider using a little common sense in the future. I took my money a mile up the road and got everything we needed for the trip.

The cleanliness of the bathrooms are mediocre at best and they refuse to honor the sale signs if it doesn’t ring up that way on the register. If the sale is over then take the sign down. Why should the customers be punished for laziness?
