Ordered online to save time said it would be ready in 10 minutes got there 25 minutes later order had not even been started. They were out of a few things that I had already paid for so took it upon themselves to substitute the more expensive large kolaches for the small ones. No apologies just attitude when I said something like the job they chose is an inconvenience for them. I have been going to Shipley for a very long time across Texas this was by far the worst experience.

Cold, dry, donuts. The minimal seating was not clean. There seemed to be plenty of people working but they were inattentive and not very hospitable. Go to Grand Donuts down the street for much fresher and better donuts.

We use the Too Good to go app time to time. Why is your location set price higher than other Shipley locations? I won't support a franchise who chooses to charge a higher price. I'll take my business to the Georgetown location or others close by. I also noticed that this location charges more for their donuts than other locations. Round Rock Donuts are so much better anyways!

Really great tasty donuts made fresh at the store. My favorite is the chocolate iced topped with walnuts. I have always wanted to post a pic in my review but the donut is long gone by the time I think of it. I also like that they do try to come with different products sometimes so it appears that they are flexible instead of just sticking to a single fixed menu. Im sure you can suggest something you would like to see so thats a plus. 😃

Placing pick up orders is pointless. I always ended up waiting just as long as customers ordering in store and/or they don't have what I ordered. Today I ended up only receiving half my order with the staff being unable to refund the other half.

Fist time buying donuts here today. I love donuts never thought there was such a thing as a bad donut until today, correction 12 bad donuts. They were hard to touch and tasted stale. Shipley is my favorite place to buy donuts. I usually drive 45 mins but I was happy that there was a new location nearby. I won't be buying from this location anymore.
Thank you for the great customer service and delicious items. Every time I have gone in I am promptly greeted and assisted. The manager and employees are so friendly, very personable. I’m so glad we have a Shipley’s so close now!

This store is terrible on the weekends, when it’s the busiest. They absolutely cannot handle it. I ordered delivery 3 times on 3 Saturdays and each time my order showed up incomplete, with items missing and nothing substituted. Today, I got deformed, unevenly glazed donuts without a hole!! What the….? Who made these!?!? I’ll never order from this location EVER again. I don’t want to play donut roulette any more! 😭

This was my first time in to this location since they opened. Everything was super clean and well lit. I was immediately greeted by the scent of fresh baked donuts and a very friendly employee. The $4 Duo is a great deal. I'll definitely be a frequent flyer here 😍
