We went early in the morning yesterday for some breakfast tacos and dined in. We ordered moist brisket breakfast tacos with egg and got lean brisket tacos. I went and informed them on only one that I had asked for moist and had gotten lean brisket. The older gentleman understood and said they would have it out while the other lady prepping or cutting the meat didn’t seam to like the simple request. She then came out with the container only of moist brisket no breakfast taco and dang near threw it to us on the table saying “here you go.” We said thank you and chose not to make a scene but it goes without saying that it was disrespectful.

If you order online make sure to check every single item when you pick up! I ordered 3 items: Burnt ends - no onion - extra pickles Brisket - no onion - extra pickles Ribs - extra sauce I received: Brisket - one tiny container with mixed onions and pickles Ribs - sauce
Out of 3 items the complete Burnt Ends order was missing, the brisket had wrong accompaniments and ribs had no extra sauce. And the no onions was because of allergies! It takes skills and effort to get 0 out if 3 correct. Wrote emails, no answers. Called, placed on hold, put down the phone. This is not the way to do business

Food is great the guys cutting it and giving to you as well except for the older man taking the order. He was rude and kept looking at us funny I’m sure it’s because we’re Mexican. Overall a great place to eat just have to make sure not to go when that guys there

Five stars are not enough to express how I feel about the quality of the food and service at this Smokey Mo's location. This morning when I arrived for breakfast, one of the servers looked at me, greeted me by name, and told me exactly what I was going to order right down to the details of the ingredients. THAT is customer service based on relationships and it's what makes Smokey Mo's such a personal experience.

Lunch combos are a generous size, include a side (or cookie), and a drink. My friend a I come in 2-4 times a week because it is such a great value for excellent food! Plus we adore the staff! They are fantastic at what they do!

The atmosphere is nothing to write home about but the food and service is always good. They really stepped up the quality after the franchise got sold a few years back and I'm loving the difference.
