*update* 3/18/2025: The owner responded and tried to punt this review and how their store operates to DoorDash customer service. Zero accountability, and this is why this is the worst Starbucks around. @starbucks at 1805 N US Hwy 183, Leander, TX has a habit of “forgetting” parts of DoorDash orders, ie food, and then sending the original food to fulfill reorders, effectively getting paid twice for food and providing their customers with cold, inedible food. Dishonest, terrible service.

JOEL was awesome! Super smiley and kind. I forgot to get my receipt and left. An hour later I called back to try to get receipt, Joel tracked it quick, remembered my name. Joel was great!

We had a great experience here! We had our order taken by Christal who was so incredibly patient and helpful and was very nice to my wife and I. We came here on a busy Saturday morning, the place was packed but we got our snacks and coffee in what felt like a single minute.

Very friendly staff! The inside is a little smaller than I'm used to, but still plenty of seating for a Friday morning. The restroom was very very clean! Everything else in the store was clean as well.

This is my first time visiting this location. I ordered a Caramel Brûlée with 2 pumps of caramel instead of 4 through the drive-thru, and we're already in love! A friendly barista greeted us at the window, making our holiday season start off feel extra special. Thank you dear 😊

Everyone knows that Starbucks is everybody's favorite!
3 orders in a row. Yesterday I received someone else's order, not even a similar name, completely different order. Received the order that was supposed to fix it, it was in fact mine that time, but the coffee was wrong. Today I got a muffin instead of a loaf, reported that before I tried my coffee. Both have the correct lable, but it's incorrect. Idk what coffee this is, but it's certainly not my usual. It's gross whatever it is. No wonder everyone seems to be going to Dutch Bros now. Not only are they more friendly, but they get the orders right. What is going on with this Starbucks? I think I'm going to be sick from this mystery coffee.
