this location is so inconsistent. i have ordered the same drink multiple days in a row and each time it taste completely different and is a different color every single time. today i decided to get the pumpkin cream cold brew, the drive through took forever and by the time i got to the window my drink was completely watered down with melted ice, the pumpkin cold foam had no taste whatsoever the entire drink just tasted like water.

I really love this place! The staff are always so friendly and greet you with a smile. What I appreciate most is that they truly listen to your order and prepare it exactly how you want. I wish I had more time to go inside and enjoy the positive atmosphere, but I usually grab my order through the drive-thru before work.

The first time I went there I met a wonderful person named Yago that immediately made my early mornings worth coming. I would leave earlier for work just to go to this Starbucks .His bright and beautiful smile made each morning worth going! This place does not know how to make a Matcha,I went yesterday and they gave me 90% foam and 10% drink,I went back to give them another shot…drink was the same-I pulled back around and expressed I very little drink. He told me they mix it with a frother and offered to remake but it would be the same..I said ok let’s try again and he paused and stared at me and huffed-wtf??? It was worse than the first one. I just drove off because I knew there was nothing they would do right after that. Rude.
Artificial flavors, the coffee is not organic, just another corporative store.

absolutely love this starbucks and am a frequent customer but please stop putting trainees on front counter during busy mornings! I’ve gotten my order messed up / over charged multiple times because they don’t fully know how to put stuff in. I don’t blame the trainees, I just wish they weren’t put on order taking during busy mornings :(

I had to come and give a big shout out to the staff at this location especially yago who was so professional and kind to us. His customer service was 100% great and had nothing but good energy. I told him I need to do a review because he made sure our drinks were made right and made sure we had everything we needed before leaving the drive thru.
