Stopped by for last minute gift cards. Had to treat myself too! Had a Grande White Chocolate Mocha (with lowfat milk…..soothes my conscience….lol). So smooth and delicious. Also a warm plain bagel with cream cheese. It was exactly as described. While there I paid (sneaky me) for a car in the drive thru’s order. When it’s that close to Christmas so many people stressed out! Hope it made a difference in their day! This Starbucks is right near Crystal Falls and HWY 183. Very convenient to my home. I purchased my gift cards and headed home. If you’re in the Leander area stop by and enjoy your favorite Starbucks drink.

I order from this location almost every other day through Uber Eats, and I always get the same drink. While I love it when it's made well, the quality is very inconsistent. It seems like there are two different people with different work experience preparing it—the experienced one who nails it every time, and a novice whose version tastes completely off. It’s frustrating not knowing what I’m going to get, especially since my order never changes. I’d really appreciate more consistency in how the drink is made. Right now, it feels like a gamble with each order.

Good staff. OK seating. Parking isn't great, but the Randall's lot is nearby. Not as many moms with kids, so a little easier than some locations to get studying/work done.

Ordered a venti iced chai but got coffee instead. Did not taste and notice until I drove away. Did not have time to go back. 😔 The sticker said iced chai on the cup.
I’ve always been a fan of Starbucks and usually enjoy their lattes, but this particular location left me very disappointed. The latte I ordered was supposed to be hot, yet it was served almost cold—closer to a chilled drink than the warm, comforting beverage I expect. For a brand that prides itself on consistency, this was frustrating and unacceptable. What’s even more disappointing is that Starbucks is my go-to place for a reliable coffee experience, and this store completely missed that mark.
The quality at this location does not reflect the standard I’ve come to expect from Starbucks. Management needs to take this seriously and ensure drinks are prepared correctly. Customers should not have to question whether their latte will be hot or cold. This visit has really shaken my trust in this store, and I sincerely hope they improve so that future visits match the Starbucks reputation.

this location is so inconsistent. i have ordered the same drink multiple days in a row and each time it taste completely different and is a different color every single time. today i decided to get the pumpkin cream cold brew, the drive through took forever and by the time i got to the window my drink was completely watered down with melted ice, the pumpkin cold foam had no taste whatsoever the entire drink just tasted like water.

I really love this place! The staff are always so friendly and greet you with a smile. What I appreciate most is that they truly listen to your order and prepare it exactly how you want. I wish I had more time to go inside and enjoy the positive atmosphere, but I usually grab my order through the drive-thru before work.
