Disgusting. I wish I could give them zero stars. They don't follow simple cleaning expectations. The workers have no gloves on, and they give you your order with the same hands they mopped the floor. Today, I went and asked for a cup of water, and the worker Lydia with red hair, first she was rolling her eyes at me, and talked to me so disgustingly. She charged me for water?? since when is that a thing?

There is a reason why this store has a TWO (2) rating. The cashier that I had today is NOT customer friendly at all. She did not listen to anything that I was saying. This was a strange interaction from a place that prides itself on service. The barista followed up with bad service. I place my order after the couple in front of me. The couple was in and out in less than 3 minutes. However, I had to wait 12 minutes. Order after order was placed and fulfilled before mine. I had to stand at the counter to get my order fulfilled. The microaggressions from this place are widely noticed and seen. They could use a refresher course on Customer Service, Diversity, and Microaggressions. The barista would not even discuss my issue or talk to me. She evaded me at all costs.

If you are looking for coffee and can handle not going to Starbucks, Leander has plenty of places to check out. This location was surprisingly bad. The staff was pleasant, but when ordering they were either out of things or asking if we’d rather have something else so that they didn’t have to open anything new. We visited mid evening and was shocked that they had a lot of items in small cups they were pouring from. Yes, I understand that sometimes while cleaning things they may put drink mixes and teas in a cup, but this was above and beyond that. Gave the impression that they were trying to close early and were annoyed we stopped in (we arrived before 8 and they were open till 9). The tables and floor were a little messy and the overall atmosphere seemed like no one really cared about their job.
