I asked for a foot long sub from this location, and I asked for shaded mozzarella cheese, but the person who was working there put on shredded mix cheese on to my sub. I not happy with the service here at all. I do have respect for the food service industry, because I worked in the same position.

Came to this location to use a coupon we received in the mail. Was told they no longer are accepting the paper coupons. There was no signage at all stating this! How are customers supposed to know about this without proper signage? I paid double what I should have for our food! Very disappointed! Employee was extremely rude and a smart ass. Never coming back to this location and already sent corporate a message as well!
This location is terrible. Came in on a Sunday afternoon, ordered a salad (which is very small in size) minimal toppings and meat provided. I had to ask for dressing and it seemed like an inconvenience to ask for vinegar. Then my husband ordered a meatball sub, to which they couldn’t fulfill because the meatballs were cold. When I asked for plastic ware I was told they didn’t have any, and I said “seriously” they looked in a cabinet and handed me a spoon- I said “you don’t have forks”, they said “no”. I said “please give me my receipt , I would like to leave some feedback”. Magically a fork appeared.. terrible service - won’t be back. Oh and salad and a drink was $14!!! Management needs to get involved here.

Why Subway has only one employee. I had to wait 45 minutes. I think Subway will bankrupt very soon.
We live right down from this location and went to use coupons that came in the mail. They trick you to get you in and then say their coupon system is down. The lady behind us said they did the same thing to her4 months ago too.
If you get the coupons in the mail the stores do not actually accept or honor them. My husband went tonight with coupons and was told this by the worker. They only send them out to lure you in, a waste of paper, time, and money for people on a budget who rely on coupons!!!

Every time I go here with out fail always out of meatballs. Both my kids were wanting meatball subs and each time out. Been here 3-4 times. Lame.
I ordered the white bread cold cut 6 in sub. I got wheat 6 in baloney with cheese sub. The person waiting on me didn't speak clear English and I don't speak Spanish. He had a hard time understanding me. ?

Do not go to this subway on Tuesday night. Half the menu was not available because they ran out of food. Food delivery is on Wednesdays, so by Tuesdays, the selection is very limited. This was the second Subway we went to that night.

I frequent this store. This recent visit they had employees that didn’t speak English. They were completely out of tomatoes, green peppers, meatballs n marinara, jalapeno chips.
The overall lack of customer service and product has made my decision to never come back.
The owner needs to take their business a little more seriously otherwise you’re going to be out of business within the next year. Good luck.

The open sign was off when we arrived at 8:30 and they are supposed to be open til 11. They were already shutting down and half of the stuff was already put away. Seemed annoyed they had to make food. Will not be returning to this location.
