Walked in to pick up my online order. The girl working there looked at me and said nothing. Not hello, not just a moment, not one word! Then maybe 10 minutes later she asked if I was there to pick up my online order which was ready much later than it was supposed to be. Terrible customer service. I will not return to this location.

The kid barely spoke and when he did he hardly opened his mouth. The sandwich was thin. He put as little as possible of veggies. I payed for extra meat on both and was charged but he only gave a single meat on each sandwich. I wanted a nice fresh sandwich. 6 black olives, 3 tomatoes slices and 4 spinach leafs isn't a sandwich. I have loved Subway all my life. Now it's just a disappointment.

Placed an online order, it didn't show on their end 30 minutes later. I showed them the online order showingbpaid screenshot and all and they refused to make the order I had already placed and paid for online! Even brought up my CC showing it already was charged.

Terrible! Don’t go here! Had to ask to speak to manager and he said he was manager. Don’t accept coupons then he redeemed my subway cash when I tried to cancel my order to do it thru the app so I could get my discount only reason I would have went here and then I lost my subway cash. He was rude and miserable

The app loads very slowly and often crashes. I can only use my gift card on the app. When I finally placed my order, the guy behind the counter didn't understand the special instructions (cut into thirds), but otherwise did well. I have learned that it is best to wait to order until you are present at the store, because otherwise your sandwich may be stolen from the rack, and if that happens, some stores won't make you another one. Not sure about this store.

It’s been a long time since I’ve been to this location, or any subway for that matter, and wow has the quality gone downhill. They have this large banner blocking my view of them making my sandwich, leading me to not being able to see how thin and small the bread was. I wondered why, and then realized upon opening it that the bread is literally underbaked. It’s still dough-y! The vegetables also all looked very rough, and I almost had to ask her to take the spinach off because it looked rotten. I used to get a 1/2 Turkey 1/2 Ham sandwich for like 10 years, but after they removed it from the menu, I’m required to pay for extra meat in order to get both, despite the fact that they still only put 6 slices of meat total. I’m extremely disappointed. Paying $9 for this sad sack of a sandwich, not to mention the absolutely dead inside employees, wow I will not ever come back. Do better.

DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!
Worst subway in the whole world. 1 employee only with 15 people in line every time I come here. I order online hoping that would solve my problem. My sandwich is still not ready 30 minutes after my pickup time. I hope this company makes a massive change or goes out of business.

My experience in that store was one of terror. I took coupons to eat because of the offer of said coupons. The girl did everything possible to not let me pay with the offer of said coupons. She told me that those coupons had been used by another person and I felt humiliated. because I had received coupons from several restaurants and in all the ones I have been to they give me a discount for the coupons, precisely there they made a show of not accepting them I had already ordered and I had to pay without a discount for what was previously narrated, narrator, and on top of that I ordered two churros and a cookie to take away and he told me that he couldn't deliver it to me. It was indescribable what happened. I don't recommend eating there ??????

Ordered five sandwiches for my family and did so through the subway app. I placed the order at 1:20 to be picked up by 2pm. I arrive at 2:02 and none of my sandwiches were ready. They weren’t even started. An employee came out from the back and asked how she could help me. When I explained that I had placed an online order to go over 30 minutes prior, she apologized saying she just arrived for her shift and her coworker was nowhere to be found. She then immediately started on my order and brought it out to my car once it was ready. Tonia did a wonderful job making sure my order got made as fast as one person could do.

The other employee, Anthony, that was on shift when I placed the order needs management to either fire him or insist he start showing up to work sober. I’m not sure what he was under the influence of but he was definitely on something. That can be the only explanation for him to not do any work (as evidenced by my order not being ready despite having more than 30 minutes to make it), be in the restroom for over 30 minutes only to emerge from there and attempt to take out the garbage (he knocked over the trash can because he was too busy trying to grab his cigarette from his pocket.) He then proceeds to slowly pic up his mess. Watching him made it perfectly clear that he was not there sober.

I usually go to this location because it’s normally run pretty well. But until Anthony is no longer there-I won’t be giving this location any more of my money. I truly hope the tip I left when I first placed my order goes to Tonia.
