Came with my 5 year old son who just wanted a burrito and the lady working the cash register was AMAZING! We talked a little and she found that we were trying to find the nearest Kohls cause were not from this part of town, we're from Austin. She went out of hr way to pull up the address for the kohls on her phone and was super nice to my son as well as myself and then her manager (I assumed he's the manager) came over and was all super nice as well! Like going out of their way to help when they didn't have to & being interactive & soo sweet to my son! I wish I lived near this taco bell and could come here alllll the time! It's not always the easiest to find a team at taco bell that you can tell cares! And I have to say, this gentleman Van & the lady from register (didn't catch her name) they deserve some recognition for sure! Great customer service and speedy prepare time. Food order was correct and well prepared, too. I think this is a good location and the service was a positive experience.
Eh if you like broken tacos, I guess it's a good place for quick tacos. They are always broken, so at least I know what I'm getting. I should honestly just order a burrito instead.

This Taco Bell is regularly out of items on their menu not to mention they don't fill their food with the correct amount of stuff. The manager is straight trash.

Had just left this location on hero way in leander. After pulling up to the window to retrieve my order the woman aggressively throws my drink into my hand and my catd at me. I replied that was uncalled for then she proceeded to tell me to go F myself and I then asked to speak with a manager she stated that she is the manager and tells me to go eat a D*ck and slams the window shut. I frequent here a lot and I just can't believe what I had to deal with. I have no idea what had prompted her behavior or the reason why she was acting in such an unprofessional way but clearly she does not need to work with the public. I've included her photo along with my receipt.

Food was ready quick and prepared well. Nice patio on the front. Very clean. It's fun to take a break and watch funny videos on the TV here that are family friendly!
