Love the Sirloin cut steaks, very tender and not a lot of fat. We had good service. The only bad thing is, the music is way, way too loud, its hard to have a conversation especially if you have hearing problems/hearing aids, I hope that the management will take this in consideration and turn the music down.

It was just 3 of us. The waitress stopped by to see how my salad was. Said I don't know we don't have silverware. So I had to wait forever. Never got drink refills, ketchup was empty so my niece didn't eat her fries. We had to ask other waitresses to get our server. However the food was delicious!

I couldn't snag a reservation for dine-in tonight, but I wasn't about to let that stop me from getting my Texas Roadhouse fix! I decided to try their takeout instead, and honestly, it was fantastic.
The pickup process was seamless—the To-Go window area is clearly marked and super convenient. Even just grabbing the food, you get that friendly Texas Roadhouse vibe.
As for the food itself—it traveled surprisingly well! The steak was cooked perfectly to my liking (which can be hit or miss with takeout, but they nailed it). The mashed potatoes were creamy and comforting as always, and the Caesar salad was fresh and crisp. It’s great to know that when the wait times are crazy or reservations are booked up, the takeout option is a solid backup that doesn't sacrifice quality. And of course their famous bread and sweet butter spread is to die for.
Definite 5 stars for saving dinner tonight! Highly recommend the to-go option if you can't get a table.

Out of all the Texas Roadhouse locations we've visited over the years this one had the best food and service we've ever experienced.
Very clean and my gosh the people working were so kind and every single employee acknowledged us and was so sweet. Honestly want to go back despite the food and just for the people!!!

What a joke going for dinner at this so called steak house! I told my wife I wanted to go to Longhorns and the rest of the party wanted to go to this dump! Well it was a disaster to say the least. The waitress was clueless and kept coming back to force us to order, really irritating to say the least. We place the order and my daughter and wife's steaks are so burned and dry, other daughter never got her salad, the boyfriend gets his burger without the bacon. We ask for water refills and nothing and the refills never were done, pathetic! Wife ordered sweet tea and its not sweet tea, the waitress offers her sugar packets, we could do that at home why are we paying $4 dollars for it. Texas onion comes out and no spicy sauce, they just put ranch. I ask her shouldn't this have spicy sauce, oh I can go get you some, comes back and no refills again and says they make it in the morning and are all out of it, well then tell us before we order it, we are paying full price for it. The bread had a long blonde hair in it and my daughter also found hair in the fried pickles:( GROSS!!!! They told us they will bring bacon for the burger, 15 minutes go by and they come back with bacon but the burger sat they and is cold, takes it back because I asked her to get him a new burger, they just heated it up and sent the same burger back, do better! Wife went to seek manager since waitress got lost and never came back, spoke with manager and the manager a female says the kitchen is a mess and they are trying to get orders as best as possible. The manager should be fired immediately and who hired her since she can't handle her store. The bill is almost $80 and she takes $40 off, the steaks went back and only thing we ate was the fried pickles and the onion thing, wife's so called sweet tea, which she didn't drink, charged for the sorry old burger that the boyfriend didn't eat. This whole meal should have been comped since they ruined our dinner. Ownership needs to clean it up and get a competent manager who can handle customer service and her staff. Never going to this location again, will do the 20 minute ride to 183 in Austin.

We loved our server, she was very sweet and attentive! She said it was her first time serving and she did amazing. However, my steak came out overcooked. I sat there for 10-15 mins waiting for someone to come take the plate back, while my entire family finsihed their meals... The sides the kitchen brought me the 2nd time were incorrect. I specifically asked for a whole grilled jalapeño but what they gave me was a raw, cold, sliced up jalapeño all over the top of my food. The sweet server was able to get me a new one. But overall I was disappointed that the manager never came to apologize for my food mishaps and no one even offered any kind of resolution. I think the management team needs more training.
