Visiting from San Antonio. Ordered online, it was ready before I got there so it was quick and made fresh. This was the best cheesesteak I’ve had thus far. The fries were freshly made, hot, well seasoned and definitely taste the difference in them being made in beef tallow versus oil. Their boss sauce I think is the name, so good, like a Smokey aioli. I can’t wait to try their burger and other menu items!

My husband and I just got back from a trip to Philly, and we went to a restaurant that is known to have some of the most authentic Philly Cheesesteak sandwiches in town. They were absolutely delicious. I decided to go for it and order it with the cheese whiz and caramelized onions, which is what they say is an authentic cheesesteak sandwich. I was worried about the cheese whiz just glopping on top of the sandwich, but it melted into the meat so beautifully. The taste was AMAZING. We came home from our trip and were on a quest to find something similar. We live in Round Rock. After a couple of hit and misses, we tried The Boss Cheesesteak in Leander. It tastes EXACTLY like the one we got in Philly! OMG. I am craving another one. They are soooo good. We can't wait to go back. I won't even try anything else on their menu. The cheesesteak will always be my go-to!

I was expecting a real Philly cheese steak. What I got was a saucey chopped cheesy meat. I thought it was ground beef at first. It tasted good but def not an original Philly cheese steak like I ordered and expected.

Food is great, been here twice. Philly is legit, and the wife always loves the burgers. Easy ordering off an LED board, and the outdoor tables outside Night Owl are nice and plentiful.

We love their smash burgers! Last night I decided to try a steak n onions. Ordered online. Disappointed there were NO grilled onions, or provolone. Just meat, lettuce and tomatoes. Very bland. Too far to drive back to return it. I checked my order to make sure I didn’t accidentally opt out of those items. In fact I did request and pay for extra grilled onions. I know they can do better because we’ve ordered food from them several times in the past.

Very good food, staff was nice and the atmosphere is pretty cool. Picnic tables and lawn chairs under a huge canopy with a big screen/projector.

Just ordered food at the kiosk and there was hardly anybody there. I ordered a chicken Philly, small fries and coke plus a lemonade about $30..I must say I had high expectations since the reviews are so good. The sandwich itself was dry and had no flavor like they just forgot to season the chicken, the fries were over done and again no seasoning not even salt the lemonade was great..so all in all very disappointing I don’t understand why their rating is so high… maybe I should of went to a different location it was 2 young boys and they even forgot my coke I had to go back and they asked me for the receipt because they didn’t believe I ordered a coke

It's been a minute since I've had a really good cheesesteak in Texas. The Boss Cheesesteak did it right. On top of that, the onion rings were really good. Really happy I stumbled across this place, adding it to my rotation! I'll be trying other items on their menu next time, so far they've been 100% on everything.
