Best cheesesteak sandwiches. Had the Turkey and the cheesesteak with grilled onions and cheese sauce is addicting. Lemonades are delicious! Great food to pair with 5th Element Brewery beer. One of the best cheesesteaks I’ve had since moving to Texas! I’m from the east coast and moved to the area from NJ. I saw this food truck on the way home and had to stop. The service was super friendly and the food was amazing. I will order again in the near future. It was so good I didn’t even get a pic!

Growing up near Phila, cheesestakes are a comfort food for me. This is probably the most like what i remember from those days and definitely the best i have had in Tx. If only they had fries in a greasy paper bag. Will be back for sure.

I'd like to say right off the bat, the boss cheesesteak is actually a good place to get food, and everything tasted well, but the reason for the three star is because I guess I wanted a traditional cheesesteak, and this was more like a chopped cheese sandwich from New York. With that being said, it was great it tasted good. It hit all the things that I needed for in a cheesesteak. The guy was really nice when I went to pick it up and he suggested many other things and I love that. it's actually in a small little park or I guess you can say and it's with three other food trucks maybe four and they all seem pretty cool. They have TVs and sitting area that's covered and it's a nice vibe all around there's a little place for kids to play. It's cool, so would I be going back? Of course I'll be going back. I want to try more options on the menu. Everything seems to look very delicious and like I said before the service from these guys was immaculate, and I couldn't of asked for any more from their service, but I guess my expectations for the meal that I had was not met because I was expecting a traditional cheesesteak.

Pretty solid! I had their cold ham sub and strawberry lemonade, and both were pretty good! I do think there was too much lettuce on there though ?

Delicious! We went to rentsch brewery tonight just for this food truck. My partner had the large original cheesesteak and it was plenty for two big meals. I had the #1 salad with steak and onions. So good! The staff was friendly and very efficient. We will be back!
This is the best Philly Cheesteak in the area .I have been here literally 10 times or more and it has never been a time that it was not good. The owner and the staff are very nice .

I grew up in the suburbs of Philly , just across the river in South Jersey. Eating Cheesesteaks is what we did. Am I a cheesesteak expert? Damn right I am. And tonight I found my cheesesteak place. Believe it or not I live within a mile of it. Five stars for everything steak was chopped up perfectly just right amount of cheese, perfect amount of onions, on a soft roll. I can’t wait to try their Hoagies. (Subs). Maybe I’ll get a pulled pork sandwich. Gonna need to know the new location.Parking: Plenty of parking.

The #1 has mayo which is great, but not authentic, the whiz wit is spot on though with it.The bread is decent and softer than a true Philly cheesesteak (and not an Amoroso roll) but still good.The steak and onions were on point. Pretty close to authentic in Texas, which is a feat in and of itself.
