We worked our way through the happy hour menu and everything was fresh and delicious. The tempura green beans were especially good, and the tacos were all seasoned to perfection. Don’t miss the Bavarian pretzel, hot out of the oven with a choice of queso or mustard—goes great with the Real McCoy (cocktail). Highly recommended!

Everything is good. My only issue is not opening until 4pm on Friday. You're missing the happy hour crowd people!

Great Bar with great menu. Local beers and bourbon is a plus. Charbroiled oysters and big cubes for cocktails. The bartender, Sofia has a great smile!

Food was great and Gavin did a great job as a server. He knew the menu well and was able to answer every question.

Went on Saturday evening. Food was great but we noticed it was very warm inside and had to ask if they could make it cooler. We were told the AC was not working after we were already seated. Management should have put up a sign that AC was not working, put some fans inside to circulate air, or told us about the issue as soon as we walked in. It got hotter as we ate and my spouse and SIL had to leave early because it was extremely uncomfortable. Poor judgment on management for not being transparent and addressing it. You can easily buy or rent fans. Hope they get the part soon needed for AC repair.

We had take out (after dining there previously during the week). Our order included: Diavolo shrimp pasta, steak sandwich with side salad, Chipotle BBQ Ribs with a side of gouda potatoe salad, Birria Grilled Cheese with blackened fries and no cilantro, Caribbean Chicken sandwich with side salad. We received only one side salad, the Birria Grilled Cheese had very little cheese and cilantro was not removed. The Caribbean Chicken was chewy as it was overdone and had no flavor, with very thin slices of pineapple. The BBQ ribs were laughable - dry and no flavor, the potato salad was equally bland. While the shrimp pasta and steak sandwich were good, the rest of the meals were equally bad. For the price of the meals, even considering it was take out, not worth the money.

I was the victim of a hit and run in their parking lot. The person who hit me is getting away with it because Republic hasn’t bothered to fix their cameras and they haven’t worked for over six months. Unacceptable.

The food is really good. I typically get the shrimp tacos which comes with three decent sized tacos and are really filling. They recently updated their menus and I’m curious about trying the birria grilled cheese!

I ordered the Texas Carbonara and was very shocked by how small the portion size was. My sons kids quesadilla I would consider to be more food. When the children’s meal portions are larger, some revaluation needs to be done. For a $22 pasta it was very underwhelming. I don’t think we will be coming back despite the pasta being very good.

The food was pretty good, and the wait staff was cheerful, engaging, and clean. The food was good but it was all VERY salty. Not so much so that I would not go back, however. The burger sliders are good.

The place is nice, the service was good, but man at that price I expect way better food. This place used to be worth the $25 entrees.
