This was my first time at way back burgers, and it was a great experience. The service was fast and friendly, and the burgers were excellent- perfectly cooked with crisp fresh fries. Wonderful first visit, I’ll definitely be coming back.
Cashier was incompetent. We were overcharged by $6 for a second patty on a burger. Instead of refunding us the overcharge, we were offered “free” to-go shakes, even though we were already drinking shakes. Kitchen doesn’t understand what “Remoulade on the side” means. Atmosphere is REALLY noisy when restaurant is busy. Not good for neurodivergent folks.
Awful first experience. We won’t be back.
