The burgers were okay, but the onion rings and tater tots were overcooked. The iced tea was spoiled and tasted nasty.

Expensive burgers that don't live up to the hype. It would be better to make it a bargain option. Service was great, but the little burgers are just meh, sorry.

Food was average, taste and quality aligns with Culver’s. The service at the counter was at best, socially awkward and under informed. The price at this restaurant is absolutely ridiculous. $17 per person (burgers and fries), and two of us had water. A total of $77 for a family of four. The coup de grâce was when the socially awkward employee spun the screen around asking for a tip (well within his view). This is always amazing because it enables me to pay your employees after enduring absurdly inflated prices for your product. I also enjoyed bussing my own table as part of the value proposition.

Wayback Burgers in Leander, Texas is easily my new go-to burger spot. The burger was better than any fast-food option around—juicy, cooked right, and clearly made with care.

Service was friendly and fast, especially for a new place, and the food came out hot and nicely put together. This spot is definitely going to get busy, but for now it feels like a bit of a sleeper hit.

I'm not sure I understand how they can be blamed for people's delivery drivers being slow. That's kinda ridiculous.

THIRTY MINUTES FOR TWO CHEESEBURGERS FOR TAKEOUT… and I’ll leave it at that. Slowest “fast food” place I’ve ever been to…..their wall says their burgers are worth the wait… DEFINITELY NOT and I usually love other way back locations. All customers were having issues today at lunch time with poor communication and clearly very short staff.

Never tried it but probably won't come back. Ordered two burgers one with bacon, the other without online. I picked it up went home to find out the order was wrong as one burger didnt have bacon, and the other burger was supposed to come with tots (it didnt). I drove all the way back to have them remake the order and proceeded to wait another 10 minutes and got my order. I then check the order in the car to make sure it was right and a burger was made wrong again. At this point i was very irritated, went back in to let them know they forgot the bacon again. Waited another 10 minutes to get my order. Checked in the car again, and the bacon was missed AGAIN! At this point i gave up and went home with a burger i didnt want. This is unacceptable service to get a order wrong not once, not twice, but 3 times. Will not return.

Nice place, I've been wanting to check it out because it is on my way home. Unfortunately they put nasty lettuce in my burger. For me, fresh veggies are absolutely important. Oh well, I'll have to drive out of my way to Sharks Burgers. I have never had an issue there. I always wish everyone the best though. ✌️💕

I ordered from them and it looked like somebody sat on my sandwich and all the breading was completely off of my chicken. Both of the drinks had hardly any ice in them and I watched the delivery so they can’t blame it on how long that took.

Then when I called, nobody answered. This business should shut down now they’re ridiculously bad service.
