Now I understand what the big deal is about kolaches. It seems I've never had a real one! These were delicious! The bread had a wonderful soft texture, and there was the perfect amount of fruit. So good! I will be back for more!

I bought 2 Honey Bee rolls which are my favorite! They're better than cinnamon rolls because they have chopped pecans across the top!

These are the best kolaches! We don’t have to go to the Czech Stop for them anymore. Cream cheese is my favorite, but there are so many flavors and savory ones, too. Giant delicious cinnamon rolls, cakes, and breakfast and lunch tacos.
I've been looking forward to trying this place out, but was disappointed after doing so. I decided to try the breakfast tacos and they didn't taste good at all. They make it for you on the spot, but it still tasted like it was pre-made sitting out for hours. The eggs had a gray color which meant they were cooked at too high of a temperature. Also, the bacon was cold and so stiff that I couldn't bite into it. I couldn't eat past two bites which is pretty bad considering I usually love breakfast tacos even if they aren't the greatest. I'm giving two stars instead of one because the employees were nice and the kolaches I tried were good. The only thing that needs to change is the quality of the food.
For those that need to be educated on the difference between a Klobasnek and a Kolach...this is your place.Amazing, flavourful, authentic Czech Kolaches. Highly recommended ?

I ordered the 36 pack of assorted Kolaches via GoldBelly to be delivered in Idaho. What a great gift! My Pops is from Bohemia and what a treat for Father's day; his favorite childhood goodie my grandmother used to make for him. Thank you guys for helping me create a great Father's day for my Pop. With Gold Belly these came very fresh and supported. The box said "extremely urgent". Thank you again!! We just received them and we are enjoying many, the apple hasn't been opened just yet, but we'll tear into them. Let's say it took him back 80+ years. ❤️

I love a good kolache and/or klobasnek. Texans are spoiled with good food brought in by immigrants from all over. This is a great example. Outside of the magic that happens in West, TX, I've struggled to find really good kolaches in the Austin area. All the donut shops sell them but they are only ok. I got turned on to Weikel's up in Leander and decided to give them a shot on my most recent road trip. Glad I did. I was very pleased with both the Klobasnek, which used great bread and truly good sausage, as well as several type of fruit Koloches. It is located in a gas station, but that station is new and clean. The staff were friendly. Communication wasn't the easiest but pointing always wins the day. I say stop by and give them a try. I'll bet you'll be glad you did.
