This is the worst Whataburger location I've ever been to. They have incredibly long wait times, and the food is not anywhere near the quality of other locations I have visited. The third time here. Also, the last. I'm done with this location!

They need new management.
They always take too long with orders, doesn’t matter if is online curbside, drive thru or dine in. When I have picked up orders they always forget something and it’s always extra wait. Even if I order 30 minutes before, I get there and I still have to wait 15 to 20 min for my order. Or they come until after I call. If you’re in a rush don’t stop here. Definitely not “fast food”

Come pretty often & always get the #13. Bummed it only come with 1 sauce packet or 1 gravy, I think 2 would be reasonable especially with their sauce containers being half empty already. The fries are good & the chicken tenders are usually good, sometimes you can tell they have been sitting there a minute but can't do much once I'm home. Mostly good.

I had the absolute worst experience today at this Whataburger location. The Manager Ivonne Vela, is extremely rude and does not deserve the position that she’s in. She has a really bad attitude, and I don’t understand why she comes to work with it. The employees and customers should not have to deal with it. Usually, when I walk into Whataburger, I get greeted with smiles I did not have that experience today. I will be filing a complaint with corporation and her team leader. Hopefully, they will take it seriously and take actions against her

I ordered DoorDash for this Whataburger. The Dasher picked up the wrong order, but said they would return to pick up the correct order (which is totally fine). However, when I called this Whataburger and spoke with the Manager on Duty to tell them what happened, she refused to remake the order. I told her that my order was going to be cold now, and she said to 'Take it up with DoorDash'. Rather than paying $51 for cold Whataburger, I cancelled my order. Terrible service, terrible management, slow, should be zero out of five stars.

Not all Whataburgers are created equal. This location fails to serve fresh food. Fries tend to taste old and are servered cold while the buns are often stale. Franchisee should take a little more pride in their business and product.

Thanks for giving me pancakes with no syrup 10 times in a row. The kids love pancakes without syrup butter or a fork. Extra points for consistency.

Every time we order from there through a delivery service, we are missing items. How hard is it to put all the items I pay for in the bag? It's the most simple task.

I'm not sure what's going on at this location, but my experience was pretty bad. We all ordered together, but for some reason, one person's food did not come out with ours, and they left a number on the table. We thought that meant it was just lagging and it would come out shortly but it didn't and we were almost done eating so I went to ask about it. They literally had no idea what I was talking about and had to start it then. There was no iced tea, and when they brought out her food, the order was wrong again. Bathrooms were not kept up. Employees were knocking off, and the kitchen could be heard clearly in the dining room.
I just felt like the store had no management.

My son and I ordered a curbside meal, no one came out so my son ran in. Door was locked, they told us to use drive thru-They were short staffed so they closed the lobby. Remember my food was already paid for. I physically walked up to window to just get our meal. Nope and the manager was terrible about it. Yelled out the customer service number. I called and told them what happened. The manager contacted me once. I never got my food or my 18 dollars back. I will not go back To somewhere that can treat customers like that. I also don't have money to give away. We never got dinner that night. Yes I'm still upset about this! Whataburger really messed up and did not follow through with offers of money back and or a refund!!
