I love this Whataburger! I have been coming to this location since it opened. The staff is friendly and the service is fast and efficient. I have never had any issues with the food either. It is always hot and fresh. And they have the good ice!!

Every time I order there is always something missing or wrong with my order. Missing gravy, wrong drinks ect. I have ordered both in person and through door dash and my order is always missing items.

Just wanted to take a second and come on here and say I had the absolute best experience I have ever had at a Whataburger. There was an issue with my fries and the manager Crystal did a wonderful job in handling the issue. She was very welcoming, helpful, generous and just made it a point to make sure I received excellent service to the highest degree. I have never experienced a Whataburger employee/manager be as amazing as her. It seems like a lot of people that work fast food are either rude or don’t seem like they want to be there when they are the ones who did the interview. She exemplified what it means to pick a job and to be proud and thankful for her decision. Over all Crystal definitely deserves a raise, I don’t know what yall are paying her but it needs to be more

It’s unexpected that when we ask for no ice they put ice in our drinks. The burgers are smashed and there’s no labels on the burger when something is taken off or added. I understand busy food service can be hectic but they also give out invalid coupons.
