Bolton site is disgusting, the floor was so dirty, the service is shocking and good took ages to come and was cold. won't be returning

Website is down, but they refuse to take orders over the phone. Apparently 30 wings is too big of an order, even when you state you can pay over the phone. Bottom line is, it is totally doable but they refuse to make things right for their customers. That 64% like rate makes sense now.

I went to Kingston today ordered 4 louisiana rub and 4 Lemon pepper with the fried corn it was amazing!! The man who cooked my food name was WEEKEND!! I know because I called to let them know how perfect it was!! so I think he should call himself SEVEN DAYS A WEEK!! Thank you Wingstop on NorthMarket!! Everyone is so pleasant and Helpful!!

Worst location yet. Genuinely disappointed in the wait time, service and quality.
I placed an order online, the prompt stated 6:50 to 6:55, I told my wife to give them grace and be there by 7pm. That wasn’t even enough, we still waited an additional 20 minutes. And even when confronted about this issue there is zero apology or remorse, just a “we will get your order to you when it’s done”. This has been an ongoing occurrence with this location. Not sure what the disconnect is but hope they figure it out. In the meantime, I guess it’s door dashing pluckers.

Shae is a great host. I went in to order and she was very patient with me and was extremely polite. Will definitely be back

I came in to pick up a door dash order and the three people there let me stand at the counter for a while before trying to assist. It was two guys in the back at the sink that looked at me standing there and continued to do what they was doing. The guy running the counter was on his phone at a table and after standing there a couple of minutes i asked was anyone going to assist me and he looked up at me and continued his phone call before coming to help. I asked why did he do that and he said he had a problem with his daughter then i asked why the other two didnt try to help me and he said they dont speak english. Really poor customer service plus i didn’t even get an apology.he had an attitude when telling me the reason for his actions.

This place exceeded my expectations - food was great. We ordered delivery and the wings, fries, and dipping ranch was top notch. We wanted wings for the Football game and this was a hit for the entire family. Will order again.

This Wingstop location is a complete mess. Every time I order, they either get it wrong or forget something entirely. Staff are rude and unhelpful; no apology, just attitude. I’ve given them multiple chances, but it’s always the same story. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.

Most of the time, the customer service is not good. Food is never correct. But last night, the service was great. Even the food but the bad weighs out the good so I could only give a two star

Tried a Wingstop chicken sandwich for the first time and got an entirely raw piece of chicken patty inside. Completely unacceptable and unhygienic..!!!
