Horrific service. I placed a to go order and waited 20 minutes only to find out that my order was just sitting at the Togo station in the kitchen. Nobody said it was ready and nobody cared when I asked if it was just sitting there. Ridiculous that these things are not common sense or courtesy.

It took over an hour to receive an order I was told would be ready in ~16 minutes. During my wait, I watched several employees play on their phone or small talk rather than try to fulfill orders in a timely fashion. This place sucks.

This is the absolute worst place to order food at. The little red head girl that was taking our order was so rude. We waited over 45 minutes for our food and when I went up to ask how long it would take I was ignored by not only the girl working front counter but by the manager as well. Manager was speaking to me like I was a child and was very demeaning. I will also be making a report to the district office because this location should be shut down.

Buy $14 for food and just wanted another cup of ranch and no sir you will be charged. Are you kidding me. I told them to keep your little precious ranch. Small cup that’s for sure. No wonder this place is getting a lot of one stars. Won’t be back because ranch is like gold to this place. The manager of this store is rude to. Also I only speak English. I can’t understand Spanish Mrs Manager.

The person answering the phone was polite, and very knowledgeable about their menu. She helped me decide which item would be the best for my family. It’s refreshing to have someone like that answer the phone when you call a restaurant. I will definitely be going back!

Took an hour to make wings and the sauce was very much missing from the wings.Could have got a better quality wing at a local sonic…and that’s saying something.Chicken was good…but the flavor profile I ordered just wasnt executed.The flavors look good on paper but would look better on the wings.Thank you
