Woks It 2 U (Visit Our 183 Store)

Visited the new place on 183.The food was great but was very disappointed with the crab Rangoon..Crab Rangoon only had cream cheese and no sight of crab in it..Ordered and was charged extra for bell peppers but got the dish with no bell peppers at all.It’s a great place and we always visit this place,but was disappointed this time.

We've been coming here for 5 years now.The food is always fantastic. Large portions, definitely enough for a second meal.Last night we ordered Singapore Noodles. Light and flavorful dish. Perfect for a warm summer evening.We of course also ordered the crab ragoons and hot and sour soup a favorite of ours!?Fast friendly service always. Great food and great service!

The owner and staff are always lovely and the food is consistently good. They have all the classic American Chinese restaurant comfort foods. We've tried quite a few places around here for Chinese food but this is the only one we grab takeout from regularly.

My family's fave place for Chinese food. love that you can customize the spice level on any dish. great soup and eggrolls.

We stumbled on this little gem of a restaurant & we’re so glad we did.Truly the best egg drop soup I’ve ever had! My mouth is watering just thinking about it.Brandon just so happened to be there during our dining experience. He was a very friendly & happy dude!My husband got the Curry chicken and ate every bite. (He’s a very picky eater)I got the Szechuan beef and the beef strips were so tender & juicy.The egg rolls are the bomb!My only complaint is that they don’t have a Woks it 2 U location in Round Rock!I’ll definitely be making a special trip this Saturday to order dinner to go.Thanks Brandon for delicious food, a clean restaurant & your smiling face!

OMG the customer service is ? AMAZING! Great tasting Chinese food and quick service. What more do you want? Cute decor and vibe is a bonus. We usually take-out from TSO, but it's too far for a quick bite. Just stop searching Google and drive here already! Enjoy ???Thanks for a great experience, Ladies and Chef! ?‍??‍???

I'm not sure exactly who I dealt with bc he spoke so quickly ("H.E." or "Ichi?"), but I am EXTREMELY satisfied with my experience with this restaurant. After a major disappointment with our lunch delivery, leading to my friend/coworker and myself being forced to skip lunch, we were able to try them again for dinner this same day. The same person I spoke with over the phone *personally* delivered our order with a free slice of cheesecake and a decent discount. I didn't even ask for those - just a refund on our missing lunch order!Excellent customer service, AND the food is good!!! I highly recommend!

My husband is so skeptical of Chinese take out but I promised him I would look at good reviews and get it right. OH MAN DID THEY DELIVER!!!!! We got the general Taos chicken it was so fresh, massive portion, crispy and delicious!!!!!!! My husband kept saying “oh man this is great” after every single bite! We also got the egg drop soup and the sugar buns also very very tasty!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! Any negative reviews they must be bad apples or have no taste! We will definitely be ordering Chinese takeout from here from now on!!!!

I accidentally placed my order at the wrong location. I called up and your staff found the order, and volunteered to call it over to the correct store so it would still be ready for me.I was fully prepared to have to cancel it out and re-order for the correct location, but your staff handled this like champions!And the best part - it tasted fantastic, as always!

Good food and excellent staff service. If you are coming as a family, may I recommend trying the family pack. They provide speedy service; definitely try the General Tao’s chicken on the menu.

Ronald Reagan - Always great!!! I have another store closer, but no where near as good-food or service. I pulled in to the to go parking spot & was on a phone call, I was going to go in and get my order and the manager asked I had an order and whet inside to check on it...before I got off my call my food was brought out to me.Thank you for always going over and beyond!!!

Best food I have had in Texas, the manager was engaged and made sure everything was ok the food was so good I believe we ordered everything

I ordered the sweet and sour pork, it was the usual breaded thing with red sauce... But the worst part was the wait...the staff appeared to just be standing around and having a great time without caring about the patrons. I had to go back to the counter to remind them I exist. Another customer who noticed I came after went to the counter only for his food to be sitting in a corner ...they didn't notify him not to care that he was sitting there with a number 78 on the table. My number was 37. Doesn't seem like there are any adults in the store

We love Woks it 2 U! We have been many times because the food is so good, but the customer service always wins us over more. The people that work there are always full of sunshine and talk to people so kindly. Keep up the amazing service and delicious food!
