Fresh Frozen Kielbasa Ring (Raw & Frozen)
This one pound ring of kielbasa is raw and must be cooked prior to eating. You can use your preferred cooking method and heat to an internal temperature of 160°F as registered with a meat thermometer. To poach, add kielbasa to a pot of water and simmer over medium heat until internal temperature reaches 160°F.

For extra crispy bacon, lay slices flat on a cookie sheet and bake at 350° F for 25 minutes or until desired crispiness.

Sauerkraut Balls
Our sauerkraut balls make a great game day treat or impressive appetizer for parties and get togethers. We take our own bratwurst grind it fine and mix with finely chopped sauerkraut, sauteed onions, breadcrumbs and cream cheese before shaping into golf ball sized balls. We then beer batter them and flash fry for a delicious crispy crust. Comes with 6 balls to a bag. To reheat, place frozen balls on sheet pan and cook in the oven for 25 minutes. Carefully remove from pan and serve. Pairs great with our house made honey mustard for dipping.

The hot food options never disappoint. Whether you grew up on choripan (like me) or sausage sandwiches(like my significant other) this place satisfies our cravings every time. Super nice little store/restaurant. Excellent food, we had pierogies, kielbasa, and schnitzel. Purchased several grocery items and some kabanosy to take home. Owners are polish so food is authentic and delicious. Very good customer service and the entire place is noticeably extremely clean. Highly recommended, will be back for sure.
