Be careful eating here, we got rolls months ago and noticed a slight soapy taste but figured it had to be a fluke. Came back today and the roll was even worse than last time! Not sure why they taste so soapy!

Fries were pretty cold. Chicken tenders had barely any meat on them. Our okra was fresh at least. One of the girls who was talking to another Co worker gave me a face as if I was interrupting her convo when I asked for a refill on tea. On the other hand,our cashier (a different woman) had 5 star service! Food sucked and it smelled weird inside which is like the 3rd time it's been like that.

I eat there alot and in person everything is fine, however EVERYTIME I order doordash, the food is always cold and hard like the chicken strips are super hard and they are so little...please make sure dd customers are as happy as in person customers, just for future reference...please

Just went to the Leon Valley location and all the chicken tenders are pink inside. The Mac and cheese literally tastes like nothing. They won’t answer the phone and I highly doubt I can get a refund because the guy didn’t even give me a receipt.

Chicken strips are good. The gravy they come with is a little on the runny side but tasty. Would definitely be better thicker. I love the fried okra here. Came out hot so it wasn't soggy. My reason for the 4 star review is because 1. the macaroni and cheese is awful. No flavor at all and the noodles are really overcooked and 2. the woman brought out our food but didn't give us any napkins or utensils. I feel like this should be a given when eating macaroni with cheese or maybe she should've at least asked, but no nothing. We had to get out of the car and go inside to get it. Not a huge deal, because I'm far from lazy, but this drive thru service. Anyhow, would still go back, just wouldn't order the M&C.

This is the best bushes location, food always fresh, service is friendly and they give you large portions and sometimes extra. Makes me want to come back. Tuesday special is great for the family. Best flavor chicken, fries, mash potatos, gravy and corn nuggets.
There is a water leak they need to fix... safety hazard. Fried okra was fresh and delicious. Their chicken strips are seasoned very well but the pieces are thin and small. More like a breast cut into little stripes not whole tenders. Not meaty. Very nice staff and helpful. Love the rolls.
My son and I have been sick for the past week due to food poisoning from this place and have not been able to sleep at night.
Do not order from this restaurant. Cold hard and undercooked fries taste ss is if they had come out of the trash or have been sitting out all day. Undercooked mashed potatoes cold in some spots and warm in others. The cashier seemed bothered that I asked for the replacement fries I was offered by Management due to them forgetting the fries in my order the last time I came. Seems like the male worker was upset and wanted to retaliate against me for requesting the fries. As I mentioned it, I saw one of the coworkers grimace in his face as I was speaking to that person taking my order when I asked for the replacement fries. My son and I have been sick for the past week due to food poisoning from this place and have not been able to sleep. I have been going to bushes chicken for many years and I’ve never had an issue. Service, what’s horrible and Management did offer to replace the meal, but I do not trust them cooking my food at this point.
