I gave this place the same test I give all restaurants. I ask for 2 burgers, one normal, one without tomato or onion. What do they give me? 2 Burgers with no tomato or onion.
Now I have to throw the other one away because Im allergic to bullshit.

I had ordered chicken strips when I got home there was a long hair in my gravy and cold food and waiting 30 min at the drive thru and when I went back to get my food redone waited another 30 minutes while have 3 females and guy working and a manger I don't get why it took that long to get my food

ICE CREAM CONE DAY!! The employees were amazing with keeping up with the crowd. The line was moving along fairly fast . They just didn't have the flavored dip that we wanted (cotton candy). The kitchen also got the food out very fast and fresh. This location is by far way better with friendly faces and good service than the one at medical. That one is trash. Do not go to that location. You want fabulous food and service. This is the location to be at🤗

I just dont understand how a drive thru can take 45 mins(and counting). You think after reading reviews it can’t possibly be true but I promise Ive tried this location 3 times now and Everytime has been a long wait but today by far has been the longest. It’s almost like they hope you drive away before ordering. I hate to say this but this is the time we come here.

Worse location ever!!!!!! They take soooooooo long to make food.... You wait about 40mins inside and about 25 on drive thru.. managers always have head phones on and don't care.. employees always playing around and not making food..... Horrible here, never coming back

Totally worth the wait! Please be patient…this is the only DQ in the area so it will almost certainly be busy. The staff was kind and friendly. The new Crumblin’ Cookie Cone is AMAZING! Try it! The food is always great. I drive 30 minutes just to get food here. I know people like the convenience of the drive through… but order a cone and sit inside and wait for your food. It’s quite nice and I’d rather wait with a snackie 🥰
Only go there for the blizzards - which are always good but the service is so slow. Will definitely go to a different DQ when I need my blizzard fix.

Don't waste your money trying to add cheese to the burgers. I made an order through door dash, and when I received the items, cheese was on neither of the burgers. $1.60 just went to absolutely nothing. Fries were really soggy and cold. I knew ordering from here was a hit or miss, but definitely got the miss like usual.
