The only thing wrong with this store is the management Dairy Queen really should hire managers with some experience I went in to get a replacement of two mini blizzards and still buying two more and some other stuff his guy went to the office to look it up which was fine then pro versed to call other managers I had to tell him I’ll just pay it and get it remade you have a line behind me and a huge line in drive though and from the looks of it you look lost it is a shame to see a restaurant with good food go down like this because of poor management

2nd time I’ve dealt with this issue at this location. Around 9pm on Saturday waited over 45 min for 2 mini blizzards with only 3 cars ahead of me when I arrived. It’s a shame. I’m going to start to look at other Dairy Queen’s to go to because that is unacceptable.

Waited over 30min in line for a pre melted blizzard. Was waiting on a single car at a time in the drive thru. Maybe they were down staff, I don't know but it was challenging with inlaws and kids in the car.

Called to politely ask if they could add ketchup packets to my Uber eats order because they literally never do. Manager said he would but when I received my order there were no ketchup packets and my blizzard was COMPLETELY melted. Literally warm. Definitely did it out of spite. Like we get it ma, your broke, life sucks and your girl probably cheating on you but no need to take it out on your customers. Just remember it's down the river not across the bridge. Fire yourself.

Took quite a while to receive our order. They seemed to be understaffed. However, the service at register and food was great.

No cars ahead of us in line and the lady wouldn’t answer the drive thru after multiple “hello?” attempts, there were cars behind us so we decided to just pull up to the window. We ordered at the window so we told her there were cars waiting at the speaker incase she didn’t have her headset on. We were trying to be helpful but she snapped at us that she was taking orders at the front. Well geez, just say I’ll be with you in a moment instead of radio silence causing people to leave. But I’m sure they rather people leave, I don’t know if they don’t pay them a good wage or are always understaffed but this DQ has to be the slowest and rudest one I’ve ever been too. I always give the benefit of the doubt but there’s been multiple instances of rudeness, or ridiculous wait times.
