Terrible service. We ordered before other parties were seated. They got their food at least 5 minutes before us, and we were here 25 minutes at that point. The pancakes were very dry.
I don't recommend this location

The hostess was rude when we walked in. We sat down, ordered our drinks. Our chocolate milk tasted like Nesquik with water. We decided to leave because of the poor service. We informed the manager before they made our food that we ordered. Then the manager proceeded to told us to get out. Horrible service!

We went to this IHOP at 3 PM in the afternoon at the one on Bandera and 410. . We were waiting there for about 10 minutes. There was about six servers. They also saw us standing there, but no one came up to us. The whole back of the fixed meals was full of food. No one was picking it up. Another family came in. They were standing there waiting also when we had enough and decided to leave, they were still there waiting. No one had come to the front.

Slow service and wrong food served. Didn't have items on the menu and we didn't find out until we were being served? Not good, not up to par with what we expect out of IHOP. First and probably last time at this particular location.

We are the only customers but yet the service is terrible. They brought pancakes first and waited for our meals another 15 minutes. I like to eat my pancakes with my meal. Also, it’s 48 degrees outside and there is no heater on inside.

I was seated quickly, the restaurant looked clean, smelled nice, and the staff was nice and attentive including the manager. I picked the "make your own omelette" and chose just bacon and sausage and omg it was filled with meat! My only complaint is they could have added a bit more cheese on the inside as well. Hash browns were good but could have been a little more crispier on top. Overall, not a bad experience and the food was good for an IHOP.

Sat immediately by host. Fresh coffee. Request for larger pancake plate honored (so syrup doesn't spill on table), quick service, food hot. Pleasant visit.

Dietary restrictions: They offer a lite menu.

Parking: This location is never overcrowded.

Kid-friendliness: Very much so.

Wheelchair accessibility: Absolutely.

The location HVAC system does not adequately heat the dining area on cold mornings! It is nearly unbeatable. DO SOMETHING!!!!!
