Got the split decision breakfast. Pancakes came out so cold the butter had to be melted by putting it against my coffee cup. Server Destiny was pretty good.

Let me start with, there were less than 10 people already seated. We waited close to 5 minutes to be seated. Then we waited 10+ minutes to see a server. Next, we waited over 20 minutes for our food (in a place with less than 10 people who had already had their food). We almost walked out, only reason was because of the server we stayed. He was nice and tried to fix things.
The silverware was badly spotted and so I used a lemon to properly clean them. We told our server who gave us plastic ware which I quickly took to use. Then when the food came, my order was incorrect...Why?? The server took my order correctly as he confirmed it for me. I don't know if the cook's mind was on vacation, by the way there was only 1 cook, but my omelet was incorrect....really???
Needless to say, we will NOT be back at this location.

I was at this establishment on friday morning around 1130 am as a break after the busy holiday and i had the most attentive and sweet waitress. Imagine my surprise when i heard a manager relentlessly bullying and disrespecting her and right after she said she couldnt handle my table any longer.. so i tipped her $20. I will not be coming back nor will i recommend an establishment that allows its employees to be abused

I don’t usually have great service experience at iHops. Eboni changed that. We were so happy to have her as a server. She was fast, attentive, and knew the menu very well. We will ask to sit in her section next time we go.
