Amazing experience at this Starbucks branch! Megan was extremely kind, polite, and very helpful in helping me choose my drink — it was absolutely delicious. From the moment I walked in, all the staff welcomed me warmly without exception. The vibe was lovely, and I truly enjoyed sitting and sipping my coffee. Highly recommended!

This is probably my fault. I went to the Starbucks at 8:30pm not realizing that they close at nine and because of that I get a poorly made drink that I paid 6.15 for. I am not one to tell the barista that the drink is poor but just warning other coffee drinkers to not come to this place at night. I order a sweet cream cold brew and there was no crème just water down coffee. Extremely sad and will not be revisiting this Starbucks in the evening.

I didnt get the persons name BUT thankyou for helping me find a drink for my dad! The registrar was so patient and helped me customize a drink - I hadn’t had my morning coffee and forgot decaf existed !! They were so kind and patient. 10/10. Great service.

I got off of work and stopped at the huebner bandera Starbucks and got a coffee before seeing my kiddo in the hospital and was talking to his nurses and smoking a cig on the patio when a Yung lady named raven came out and stood over me for 5 mins talking smack to me after I kindly put my cig out as soon as she asked me to. She would not stop talking down to me and threatening me after I put the cig out and was studdering and putting her hands on her hips and wanted me to leave even tho I was not saying or doing anything to her and after I put my cig out asap ....she was basically harassing me in front of others while getting paid to. Another employee came out and asked her to go back inside, I am grateful for the team members that are not ok with her being that way to a 40 year old woman...but do you think Raven will stop with me? Or will she continue to pick women older than her to be authoritative and harass after they smoke a cigarette and choose not to listen to her like I did? 1 star review for the non promise of another humiliation ritual based on tobacco in Texas

Asked for a cup of water and Jeff denied me, from all the money I spend at Starbucks I’m about to never go there again and support any type of smaller owned coffee shops. I’m 7months pregnant and being denied water is CRAZY

This is my local, freestanding Starbucks. I always enjoy ordering my favorite espresso and sharing with my loved ones. A good place to chill, relax and talk. There are small tables, big tables, window facing counter / bar and outdoor seating. When the weather is nice or the sun is setting, outdoor seating is pleasant. Baristas are nice, knowledgeable and serve with a smile. Plenty of parking, never an issue.

Y'all need to start double checking the orders if I wanted an iced coffee I would have ordered one and because I didn't have time to get y'all to to fix your mistake I have to deal with this crap !!!
