This Starbucks customer service is awful. Some of the little girls look at you ugly the moment you walk in, like how dare you walk in here. LOL! There is one in particular employee who is notorious for ugly stares, Idk if she’s Asian or Hispanic but it doesn’t matter the race but it would be better if I knew her name since I never notice the name tag. She will look at the staff as in, “oh look it’s her again.” And then look at you with annoyance & the jealous little girl look. It’s only this girl that does it. The other staff just work as far as I know. Either way, I’ll never understand why people like this get jobs and expect to get paid with ugly, entitled attitudes. I always say, if the customer service is bad like it is here at this location… watch your drinks & food being made!! Also the amount of bad reviews is really concerning with a 4.1 review - this location is garbage. Either they have people review 5 stars to bump up their rating or they have a software to hide the bad reviews & to bump up their rating. It is really a 2.7 rating ⭐️⭐️

I had the most amazing service & sincere smile from a Barista the other day. A smile that was unexpected & so much needed on a day I was having a great deal of trouble. My Barista did not smile at me out of pity, her smile was not condescending nor was her smile a forced one she wore because it was her job.No, that was clear by her face & smiling eyes. She made me feel human that morning when I felt like a panicked wreck. She truly made my day, even more so than the wonderful coffee did, just by smiling because she was happy to be there, or maybe smiling because she cared.I might never know her reasons but I do know that she made my entire day better. For that I am a very satisfied customer. Thank you Smiles.

i never write reviews or anything but i went through drive thru and my order had gotten messed up so i went inside to fix it and the guy working from 7:50-8:50 pm on headset was super nice and apologetic. i wasn’t upset in the first place but he was still so nice and remade my drink. i’m not sure what his name was but he was really sweet and he’s doing great!
